طراحی الگوی سرمایه فکری مبتنی بر ارتقاء اقتدار توان دفاعی

سازمان های صنعتی دانش بنیان، بمنظور پیش‌رو بودن در عرصه تولیدات دانش محور نیازمند بهره گیری از سرمایه فکری و دانشی هستند. رویکرد دانش محوری وزارت دفاع آینده از سویی و توسعه محصولات جدید دفاعی با توجه به شرایط محیطی از سوی دیگر موجب گردیده تا نیاز به شناسایی و مدیریت سرمایه های فکری در وزارت دفاع بیش از پیش احساس گردد. به تبع آن می توان بیان داشت دگرگونی در ماهیت و شکل نبرد و تغییر در ماهیت تهدیدات نظامی و شکل گیری صنایع دفاعی موج چهارم،‌ اهمیت توجه به رویکرد سیستمی در سنجش و مدیریت سرمایه فکری برای وزارت دفاع را بیشتر می کند. از این رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی بومی سرمایه فکری بمنظور سنجش آن در وزارت دفاع می باشد. روش پژوهش کیفی بوده و در این روش، پس از انجام مصاحبه اکتشافی با خبرگان و محققین حوزه سرمایه فکری، با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص های بومی شناسایی شده و با استفاده از روش دلفی در دو مرحله، الگوی نهایی پژوهش احصاء شد. این الگو مشتمل برسه بعد، سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه ساختاری و سرمایه اجتماعی بوده و بمنظور سنجش وضعیت سرمایه فکری در وزارت دفاع پیاده‌سازی خواهد شد.

designing the design of the model of intellectual capital based on the promotion of the authority of the defense power

knowledge-based industrial organizations need to take advantage of intellectual and knowledge capital in order to be a leader in the field of knowledge-based production. the knowledge-oriented approach of the future ministry of defense, on the one hand, and the development of new defense products according to the environmental conditions, on the other hand, has caused the need to identify and manage intellectual capital in the ministry of defense to be felt more than ever. accordingly, it can be stated that the transformation in the nature and form of battle and the change in the nature of military threats and the formation of the fourth wave defense industries increase the importance of paying attention to a systemic approach in measuring and managing intellectual capital for the ministry of defense. therefore, the main goal of this research is to design a native model of intellectual capital in order to measure it in the ministry of defense. the research method is mixed and in the qualitative stage, after conducting exploratory interviews, local dimensions, components and indicators were identified using the data foundation method, and after aggregating with the dimensions, components and indicators obtained from the literature, using delphi method in two stages, the final model of the research will be calculated. also, in the quantitative phase of the research, inferential statistics will be used to validate and measure the existing situation in the industrial organizations of the ministry of defense
