ارائه الگوی چهارلایه برای امکان‌سنجی و استقرار اثربخش فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی با رویکرد فراترکیب

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه‌ی الگوی چهار لایه‌ای امکان‌سنجی و استقرار اثربخش فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی بود. این پژوهش کاربردی و با روش اسنادی و فر اترکیب انجام‌شده است. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) استفاده‌شده است. 74 منبع برای انجام فرا ترکیب انتخاب شدند که 81 کد، 18 مفهوم و 3 مقوله استخراج شد. به منظور تعیین میزان اهمیت و اولویت کدهای استخراج شده، از روش کمی آنتروپی شانون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد سه مولفه کلی رهبری، آموزش و ارتباطات بر فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی تاثیر دارند. پس از طی گام‌های پژوهش، الگوی تعیین و استقرار اثربخش فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی در چهار لایه امکان‌سنجی، ارزیابی وضع موجود، گذار از وضع موجود به وضع مطلوب، و استقرار فرهنگ کیفیت برای موسسات آموزش عالی، ارائه شده است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل شده، می‌توان سبک رهبری توزیعی را برای استفرار فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی مناسب دانست. ارتباطات نیز گاهی فراتر از رهبری درک می‌شود زیرا بازتابِ ارزش‌هایی که کیفیت آموزش را ارتقا داده، و اشتراک گذاری شیوه‌های موکد، می‌تواند به تعمیق و گسترش فرهنگ کیفیت کمک کند. همچنین به یقین فرهنگ کیفیت از انتظارات جامعه تاثیر می‌پذیرد، و تعامل و هماهنگی ذینفعان داخلی و خارجی در مسائلی مبتلابه، رهگشایی برای استقرار اثربخش آن است.

provide a four tier model for feasibility and effective deployment of quality culture in higher education with a meta synthesis approach

the purpose of this study was to provide a four tier pattern for feasibility and establishment of quality culture in higher education. this research has been applied by documentary and meta combined methods. this research has been applied by documentary and meta synthesis methods. sandlowski and barroso (2007) seven step method was used to analyze the data. 74 sources were selected for meta synthesis, of which 81 codes, 18 concepts and 3 categories were extracted. in order to determine the importance and priority of the extracted codes, shannon entropy method was used. after the research steps, the model of determining and effectively establishing the quality culture in higher education in four tier of feasibility studies, assessment of the current situation, transition from the current situation to the desired situation, and the establishment of a quality culture are provided for higher education institutions. according to the results, distributive leadership style can be considered appropriate for applying the culture of quality in higher education. communication is also sometimes understood beyond leadership, because reflections on the values that enhance the quality of education, and sharing emphatic practices, can help deepen and spread a culture of quality. certainly, the culture of quality is influenced by society’s expectations, and the interaction and coordination of internal and external stakeholders in the issues involved is the key to its effective establishment.
