شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کسب کرسی در شورای بین المللی ورزش نظامیان جهان (سیزم)

پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کسب کرسی در شورای بین‌المللی ورزش نظامیان جهان (سیزم) انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته و از دیدگاه هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی متخصصین حوزه روابط بین‌الملل ورزش، صاحب‌نظران حوزه ورزش نیروهای مسلح و سیزم، قهرمانان سیزم و مدیران تربیت‌بدنی سازمان‌های نیروهای مسلح کشور بود. در بخش کیفی تحقیق، نمونه‌گیری به روش گلوله برفی انجام شد و مصاحبه با خبرگان تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در بخش کمی نیز، مطابق جدول مورگان 385 نفر از قهرمانان سیزم و مدیران تربیت‌بدنی سازمان‌های نیروهای مسلح کشور به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی توسط بسته آماری spss نسخه 23 انجام گرفت. بر مبنای یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون تی تک نمونه ای، 9 عامل مدیریتی، ارتباطات، حرفه‌ای‌گری، اجتماعی فرهنگی، سیاسی، تجهیزاتی و تکنولوژیکی، نیروی انسانی، اقتصادی و بازاریابی و توسعه اماکن ورزشی به عنوان عوامل موثر بر کسب کرسی در شورای بین‌المللی ورزش نظامیان جهان (سیزم) شناسایی شد که تمامی آن ها در کسب کرسی در سیزم نقش معنی داری داشتند.

identify the factors influencing the acquisition of seats in the international military sports council (cism)

the purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the acquisition of seats in the international military sports council (cism). the research method is of mixed type and from the objective, it is applicable research. the statistical population of the study included all experts of international relations of sport, experts of military sports, heroes of cism and sport managers of the military organizations of the country. in the qualitative part of the research, sampling was done by snowball method and interviewing the experts continued until theoretical saturation. in the quantitative section, according to morgan table, 385 people of heroes of cism and sport managers of the military organizations of the country were selected by random sampling. the research tool consisted of semi structured interview and researcher made questionnaire. data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods by spss v23 statistical packages. based on the findings of exploratory factor analysis and one sample t test, 9 factors contains managerial, communication, professionalism, socio cultural, political, equipment and technology, human resources, economic and marketing and development of sports facilities as effective factors on the acquisition of seats in the cism was identified and all had a significant role in the acquisition of seats in the cism.
