تاثیر شبکه داخلی بر دوسوتوانی نوآوری با تبیین نقش میانجی انتقال دانش و ظرفیت جذب دانش در نظام آموزش عالی

این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه و بررسی تاثیر شبکه داخلی بر دوسوتوانی نوآوری با تبیین نقش میانجی انتقال و ظرفیت جذب دانش در دانشگاه‌ شهید باهنر در شهر کرمان انجام شده است. تحقیق حاضر بر اساس هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و همچنین بر اساس چگونگی به دست آوردن داده‌های مورد نیاز، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری را اعضای هیئت علمی که در گروه‌های پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ شهید باهنر شهر کرمان عضو بودند، تشکیل می‌دهد. برای نمونه‌گیری نیز از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و جدول اعداد تصادفی استفاده شده است. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد با روایی و پایایی مناسب استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آماره‌های توصیفی و استنباطی، مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار smart pls استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که شبکه داخلی بر انتقال دانش و ظرفیت جذب دانش تاثیر مثبت معناداری دارد. شبکه داخلی و انتقال دانش بر دوسوتوانی نوآوری تاثیر منفی معناداری دارد. ظرفیت جذب دانش بر دوسوتوانی نوآوری تاثیر مثبت معناداری دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان می‌دهد که شبکه داخلی بر دوسوتوانی نوآوری از طریق متغیرهای میانجی انتقال دانش و ظرفیت جذب تاثیر معناداری دارد. بر طبق این نتایج به مدیران گروه‏های پژوهشی دانشگاهی پیشنهاد می‎شود که به منظور تحریک دوسوتوانی نوآوری و دستیابی به عملکرد دوسوتوانی نوآوری به دنبال توسعۀ و ارتقای سطح فرآیندهای جذب دانش باشند.

the effect of internal network on innovation ambidexterity by explaining the mediating role of knowledge transfer and knowledge capacity in the higher education system

the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of internal network on innovation ambidexterity by explaining the mediating role of knowledge transfer and absorption capacity at shahid bahonar university of kerman. the present study is a descriptive and correlational research based on the purpose of an applied research and also on how to obtain the required data. the statistical population of this study consists of faculty members in the research groups of shahid bahonar university of kerman. random sampling method and random number table were used for obtaining a sample. a standard questionnaire with appropriate validity and reliability was used to collect data. descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling and smart pls software have been used to analyze the data. the results showed that the internal network has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer and knowledge absorption capacity. internal network and knowledge transfer have a significant negative effect on the innovation ambidexterity. also, the capacity to absorb knowledge has a significant positive effect on the duality of innovation. based on these results, it is suggested to the managers of academic research groups to develop and improve the level of knowledge absorption processes in order to stimulate the duality of innovation and achieve the performance of the duality of innovation.
