ارزشیابی مطلوبیت فعالیت‌های تربیتی آموزشی اردوی رزم در کوهستان در توسعه منابع انسانی نظامی

ارزشیابی مستمر مطلوبیت فعالیت‌های اردوگاه‌های تربیتی آموزشی دانشجویان نظامی و نیز ارائه بازخورد مداوم منتج از این ارزشیابی‌ها به این نظام‌های تربیتی آموزشی می‌تواند سبب توسعه منابع انسانی نظامی شده و ارتقاء کیفیت را در حوزه‌های مهارت‌آموزی مراکز آموزش نظامی به ارمغان بیاورد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و به روش توصیفی پیمایشی و مقطعی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری شامل 550 نفر از کلیۀ ذی‌نفعان اردوگاه‌ کوهستان است. جامعۀ نمونه به تعداد 310 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری داده‌ها چهار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته (برای چهار گروه ذینفع اردوگاه کوهستان) است که روایی آنها، به روش روایی محتوا و سازه تایید، و پایایی آنها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و معادلات ساختاری با بهره‌مندی از lisrel، مطلوب ارزیابی شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون‌های t استودنت تک‌گروهی و فریدمن) با بهره‌مندی از spss، استفاده شد. فعالیت‌های تربیتی آموزشی دوره رزم در کوهستان 1400، با میانگین و انحراف‌معیار 3.77±0.62، در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارد. همچنین رتبه‌بندی فعالیت‌های چهار‌گانه عملکردی نشان داد که «فعالیت‌های آموزشی تخصصی رزم در کوهستان» با میانگین و انحراف‌معیار 4.15±0.64، دارای بالاترین رتبه (در وضعیت مطلوب) و «فعالیت‌های لجستیکی اردوگاه کوهستان» با میانگین و انحراف‌معیار 3.03±0.89، (در وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب) دارای پایین‌ترین رتبه است. تمرکز فعالیت‌های بهبود مرکز آموزش نظامی موردمطالعه، بر روی «فعالیت‌های آمادی و لجستیکی اردوگاه کوهستان»، منجر به ایجاد وضعیت مطلوب برای ابعاد چهار‌گانه عملکردی دوره رزم در کوهستان خواهد شد.

evaluation the desirability of training of the mountains combat camp in the development of military human resources

continuous evaluation of the desirability of the activities of military training camps as well as providing continuous feedback resulting from these evaluations to these training systems can lead to the development of military human resources and improve the quality of training in military universities. this research is of applied and was done by descriptive survey and cross sectional method. the statistical population includes 550 people from all the stakeholders of the mountain camp. the sample population was 310. the data collection tools were four researcher made questionnaires (for four groups of mountain camp stakeholders) whose validity was confirmed by content and structure validity method, and their reliability was evaluated using cronbach’s alpha and structural equations (using lisrel). descriptive and inferential statistics (t test and friedman test) were used to analyze the data (using spss). the training activities of the combat in the mountains period in 2021, with an average and standard deviation of 3.77 ± 0.62, are in a favorable mode. also, the ranking of the four functional activities showed that training specialized activities of mountain combat with an average and standard deviation of 4.15 ± 0.64, has the highest rank (in favorable mode) and mountain camp logistics activities with an average and standard deviation of 3.03 ± 0.89, (in relatively favorable mode) has the lowest rating. focusing the improvement activities of the university under study on the logistics activities of the mountain combat camp will lead to the creation of a favorable mode for the four functional dimensions of this camp.
