ارائه مدلی جامع برای ارتقاء آموزش زبان انگلیسی مبتنی بر هویت حرفه ای فراگرد یاددهی یادگیری در نیروهای مسلح کشور (با تاکید بر نیروی دریایی)

یادگیری زبان انگلیسی در هر مقطعی از زندگی لازم است. یادگیری زبان مزیت های شگفت انگیز بسیاری دارد، چرا که یکی از کاربردی ترین زبان های موجود در دنیا، بویژه در ارتشهاست.پژوهش حاضربه منظور ارائه مدلی جامع برای ارتقاء آموزش زبان انگلیسی مبتنی بر هویت حرفه ای فراگرد یاددهی یادگیری در نیروهای مسلح کشور انجام پذیرفت. روش این تحقیق به صورت کیفی کمی است. پس از نگارش طرح تحقیق، مرورادبیات و تحلیل مضمون شاخص های آموزش زبان انگلیسی مبتنی بر هویت حرفه ای فراگرد یاددهی یادگیری شناسایی شدند. برای شناسایی ساختار عاملی مدل، شاخص های نهایی توسط 20 نفر از استادان (زبانهای خارجی نیروهای مسلح و آزاد) و خبرگان این حوزه (معیار انتخاب سابقه کار حداقل ده سال و مدرک تحصیلی حداقل فوق لیسانس) تایید شد. شاخص ها با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون به تعداد 7 بعد و 60 مولفه و شاخص شناسایی گردید. برای تائید مدل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از روایی همگرا (ave ) و پایایی ترکیبی(cr) و آلفای کرونباخ (ca) استفاده شد که مقدار آن مناسب بود. .براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان(1970) نمونه ای به حجم 386 نفر از مشارکت کنندگانی که در بطن فعالیت های آموزش زبان بودند با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب و توزیع گردید. در نهایت با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی(روش کیو) مدل نهایی تایید شد.

providing a comprehensive model for promoting english language education based on the professional identity of the teaching learning process in the country’s armed forces (with an emphasis on the navy)

abstract:learning english is necessary at any stage of life. learning the language has many amazing advantages, because it is one of the most useful languages in the world, especially in the armies. the present study was conducted in order to provide a comprehensive model for the promotion of english language education based on the professional identity of the teaching learning process in the country’s armed forces.the method of this research is qualitative quantitative. after writing the research plan, literature review and content analysis, indicators of english language education based on the professional identity of the teaching learning process were identified. in order to identify the factorial structure of the model, the final indicators were confirmed by 20 professors (foreign languages of the armed and free forces) and experts in this field (selection criteria of at least ten years of work experience and at least a master’s degree). indicators were identified using thematic analysis in the number of 7 dimensions and 60 components and indicators. convergent validity (ave), combined reliability (cr) and cronbach’s alpha (ca) were used to confirm the researcher’s questionnaire model, and its value was appropriate. based on the table of karjesi and morgan (1970), a sample of 386 participants who were involved in language teaching activities was selected and distributed by purposeful sampling and snowball sampling. finally, the final model was confirmed by using structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis (q method).
