اعتبارسنجی مدل پیشایندها و پیامدهای ارزشیابی تکوینی کلاس‌های درس مجازی در دوران پاندمی کووید 19

در این مطالعه به اعتبارسنجی مدل پیشایندها و پیامدهای ارزشیابی تکوینی کلاس‌های درس مجازی در دوران پاندمی کووید 19 پرداخته شده است. مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف یک مطالعه کاربردی توسعه‌ای است و از منظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها، یک پژوهش پیمایشی مقطعی است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه طیف لیکرت استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ بررسی گردید. همچنین برای اعتبارسنجی پرسشنامه از روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی نیز شامل دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی است. حجم نمونه در بخش کمی 384 نفر برآورد شد و برای نمونه‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری دومرحله‌ای استفاده گردید. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. براساس نتایج پژوهش، ‌ 9 مقوله فرعی و 43 مقوله فرعی شناسایی شد. براساس الگوی پژوهش، ایجاد محیط یادگیرنده و استعدادیابی و پاسخ به نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان بر ارزیابی تکوینی کلاس‌های درس مجازی تاثیرگذارند. مشارکت دانشجویان در بحث آموزش و یادگیری آنلاین و زیرساخت‌های منابع انسانی و فناوری شرایطی را جهت بهبود‌ توانمندسازی اساتید در ارزیابی تکوینی فراهم می‌آورند و در نهایت به نتایجی نظیر بهبود کارایی نظام آموزشی، توسعه آموزش مجازی و ترمیم نواقص و شکاف‌های یادگیری دانشجویان منجر می‌شوند.

in this study, the validation of the model of the antecedents and consequences of formative evaluation of virtual classrooms during the covid 19 pandemic has been addressed. the current study is an applied developmental study in terms of its purpose, and it is a cross sectional survey research in terms of the method and time frame of data collection. a likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data. the reliability of the questionnaire was checked using composite reliability and cronbach’s alpha. convergent validity was also used to validate the questionnaire. the statistical population in the quantitative section also includes graduate students. the sample size in the quantitative section was estimated at 384 people, and a two stage sampling method was used for sampling. the partial least squares method was used to analyze the data. based on the research results, 9 sub categories and 43 sub categories were identified. based on the research model, creating a learning environment and finding talent and responding to students’ educational needs have an impact on the formative evaluation of virtual classrooms. the participation of students in the discussion of online education and learning and the infrastructure of human resources and technology provide conditions to improve the empowerment of professors in formative assessment and ultimately lead to results such as improving the efficiency of the educational system, developing virtual education, and repairing the deficiencies and gaps in students’ learning.
