تبیین رقابت های ژئواستراتژیک در منطقه ایندوپاسیفیک و پیامدهای آن برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

منطقه ایندوپاسیفیک برمبنای ویژگی‌های اقتصادی، سیاسی و امنیتی آن، محل تلاقی سیاست قدرت‌های بزرگی همچون چین و آمریکا می‌باشد. روسیه و چین در تلاش هستند که سیاست چرخش به ایندوپاسیفیک آمریکا و اروپا را که تهدیدی برایشان محسوب می‌شود را به فرصت تبدیل کنند. کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به منظور تثبیت و توسعه منافع ملی خود، می‌بایست توجه ویژه‌ای را به برقراریِ رابطه موثر و تعامل وثیق با کشورهای حاضر در آوردگاه راهبردی ایندوپاسیفیک مبذول نماید. نگاه ایران به قاره آسیا و مشخصا آوردگاه راهبردی ایندوپاسیفیک، می‌تواند این فرصت را برای کشورمان به ارمغان آورد تا قادر به ایجاد تعادل در روابط خارجی خود با غرب شده و نیز قدرت مانور کشور را در برخورد با پدیده‌های سیاسی افزایش دهد. لذا هدف از پژوهش پیش‌رو، تبیین رقابت‌های ژئواستراتژیکی در منطقه ایندوپاسیفیک و پیامدهای آن برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی بوده و روش آن توصیفی-تحلیلی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از اسناد و مدارک مکتوب(کتب، مجلات تخصصی، مقالات و...) و نظرات خبرگان، جمع‌آوری و در دستیابی به نتایج با تاسی از نظریه بازی‌ها، از روش تجزیه و تحلیل تفسیری و استنباطی بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد ایران با تحکیم و توسعه قدرت دریایی خود از طریق قلمروسازی ژئواستراتژی و نقش‌آفرینی در ایندوپاسیفیک و درک صحیح از موازنه قدرت میان غرب و شرق، می‌تواند نسبت به فرصت‌ها وتهدیدات ناشی از جابه‌جایی محیط‌های ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژی قرن معاصر، راهبرد مناسب اتخاذ نماید تا به تعادل در روابط خارجی خود دست یابد.

determination of geostrategic competition in the indo-pacific region and its consequences for the islamic republic of iran

based on its political and security characteristics, the indo-pacific region is the meeting point of major economic policies such as china and the united states. russia and china are trying to turn usa and europe’s policy of moving to the indo-pacific, which is considered a threat to them, into an opportunity. in order to stabilize and develop its national interests, the islamic republic of iran should pay special attention to establishing an effective relationship and solid interaction with the countries present in the indo-pacific strategic alliance. iran’s view of the asian continent and especially the indo-pacific strategic perspective can bring this opportunity for our country to be able to balance its foreign relations with the west and also increase the country’s maneuvering power in dealing with political phenomena. therefore, the aim of the upcoming research is to explain the geostrategic competition in the indo-pacific region and its consequences for the islamic republic of iran. this research is considered qualitative and its method was descriptive-analytical. the results of the research showed that by consolidating and developing its maritime power through territorialization of geostrategy and role-playing in the indo-pacific zone and a correct understanding of the balance of power between the west and the east, iran can respond to the opportunities and threats caused by the shifting geopolitical and geostrategic environments of the contemporary century and adopt the appropriate strategy to achieve balance in its foreign relations.
