بررسی ویژگی های ژئوپلتیک و ژئواکونومی سواحل مکران(بازیگر نوپدید منطقه غرب آسیا) و کاربست آن در گذر از تحریم های بین المللی

امروزه سواحل مکران یکی از نقاط استراتژیک جهان محسوب و از اهمیت فوق العاده ای برخوردار است که به دلیل قابلیت ها بیشمار می‌تواند نقش خطیری را در توسعه اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایفا نماید. لذا با توجه به این مهم، ونیز تاکیدات مقام معظم رهبری بر لزوم آباد سازی این سواحل و از سویی، اهتمام جمهوری اسلامی نسبت به بازیگری موثر در منطقه غرب آسیا،این پژوهش با روش توصیفی_تحلیلی در صدد اثبات این فرضیه است که راهبردهای توسعه منطقه مکران، می تواند در راستای اقتصاد مقاومتی اثرگذار باشد. مقاله حاضر سعی دارد با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوایی و جمع آوری داده ها به روش کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی اسنادی با مراجعه به منابع معتبر، به این سوال پاسخ دهد که منطقه مکران از چه ویژگی های مطلوبی درحوزه‌ جدید ژئوپلتیک، و ژئواکونومیک و ژئواستراتژیک برخوردار بوده و مسائل راهبردی آن کدام است؟ نتایج این پژوهش در دو بخش ارائه شده است در بخش اول، نگارندگان به تبیین ظرفیت های ژئوپلتیکی و ژئواکونومیکی سواحل مکران و جایگاه آن در عرصه بین المللی اشاره و تاثیر آن را در توسعه اقتصادی و سیاسی بیان نموده و در بخش انتهایی پژوهش، فرصت ها و چالش های راهبردی این منطقه را تبیین و راهکارهای موثر در توسعه این مناطق جهت برون رفت از تحریم‌ها را معرفی می‌نمایند.

investigating the geopolitical and geoeconomic characteristics of makran coasts (the newly emerging player in the west asia region)and its application in passing international sanctions

today, the coast of makran is considered one of the strategic points of the world and is extremely important, which can play an important role in the economic development of the islamic republic due to its numerous capabilities. therefore, considering this importance, as well as the supreme leader’s emphasis on the need to settle these coasts, and on the one hand, the concern of the islamic republic to be an effective player in the west asian region, this research with a descriptive-analytical method aims to prove the hypothesis that the development strategies of the makran region , can be effective in the direction of resistance economy. this article tries to answer the question of what are the desirable characteristics of the makran region in the new field of geopolitics and geoeconomics by using the descriptive method and content analysis and data collection in the library method and document review by referring to reliable sources. and geostrategic, and what are its strategic issues? the results of this research are presented in two parts. in the first part, the authors explain the geopolitical and geoeconomic capacities of the makran coast and its position in the international arena and its impact on economic and political development, and in the last part of the research, the opportunities and explain the strategic challenges of this region and introduce effective solutions in the development of these regions to overcome the sanctions.
