تبیین تاثیر نوآوری سازمانی بر عملکرد از طریق نقش میانجی التزام شغلی (مورد مطالعه: صنایع نظامی)

این تحقیق به دنبال تبیین تاثیر نوآوری سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی از طریق نقش میانجی التزام شغلی در صنعت تجهیزات نظامی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مشتریان این تجهیزات می باشد. از آن جایی که جامعه آماری تحقیق نامحدود میباشد، تعداد نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران در جامعه نا محدود به تعداد 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است.همچنین بر اساس روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و بصورت تصادفی پرسشنامه ها توزیع شده است. داده ها از طریق، پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده که روایی آن توسط اساتید و خبرگان و پایایی از طریق آزمون الفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. سپس بر اساس داده های بدست آمده، به منظور بررسی برازش مناسب الگوی مفهومی، از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و به جهت آزمون فرضیه ها از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده که نتایج حاکی از پذیرش فرضیات تحقیق بوده است. به عبارت دیگر در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد نوآوری سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی؛ نوآوری سازمانی بر التزام شغلی؛ و التزام شغلی بر عملکرد سازمانی در صنایع تجهیزات نظامی موثر است. همچنین تاثیر نوآوری سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی التزام شغلی تایید شده است.
