آموزش عالی در دوران کرونا در ایران و جهان

در دوران همه‌گیری کرونا نظام آموزش عالی همه کشورها ازجمله ایران تحت تاثیر بحران قرار گرفتند. طولانی شدن دوره زمانی همه‌گیری کرونا موجب شد که دانشگاه‌های کشورهای مختلف ناچار شوند راهکارهایی جهت تداوم فعالیت آموزشی خود اتخاذ نمایند. متداول‌ترین راهکار دانشگاه‌ها در مواجه با بحران، جایگزین‌کردن آموزش‌های الکترونیکی به‌جای آموزش‌های حضوری بود. تغییر در شیوه آموزش، پیامدهایی را برای نظام آموزش عالی کشورها به همراه داشت و فرصت‌ها و مشکلاتی را برای دانشگاه‌ها ایجاد نمود. هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است که فرصت‌ها، آسیب‌ها و چالش‌های ناشی از همه‌گیری مزبور بر آموزش عالی ایران و سایر کشورها را بررسی و با استفاده از نتایج آن راهکارهایی برای مقابله با بحران‌های بعدی پیشنهاد نماید. پژوهش حاضر به روش تحلیل محتوای اسناد انجام‌شده است. شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش توصیفی اسنادی می‌باشد. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های آموزش الکترونیکی در ایران و سایر کشورها تقریباً همانند هم بوده و راهکارهایی که در ایران برای مواجهه با بحران اتخاذشده با سایر کشورها مشابهت زیادی دارد. همچنین بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد دانشگاه‌ها باوجود مشکلات موجود در آموزش‌های الکترونیکی، باید از منافع این‌گونه آموزش‌ها بهره‌مند شده و آموزش‌های ترکیبی حضوری و غیرحضوری را در سیاست‌گذاری‌های آینده دنبال گردد.

during the corona epidemic, the higher education system of all countries, including iran, was affected by the crisis. the prolongation of the time period of the corona epidemic caused the universities of the all countries to adopt strategies to continue their educational activities. the most common solution of universities in facing this crisis was to replace electronic trainings instead of face-to-face trainings. obviously, the change in the way of education brought consequences for the higher education system of countries and created opportunities and problems for universities. the aim of the current research is to examine the opportunities, harms and challenges caused by the corona epidemic on higher education in iran and the other countries and using the results to propose solutions to deal with the next crises. the present research was done by document content analysis. the method of collecting is library information and the method of data analysis is descriptive-documentary. the results of the surveys show that the challenges and opportunities of electronic education in iran and other countries are almost the same and the solutions adopted in iran to face the crisis are very similar to other countries. also, studies show that despite the problems in electronic education, universities should benefit from the benefits of such education and pursue combined face-to-face and electronic trainings in their future policies.
