طراحی مدل توسعه و آموزش ورزش دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل توسعه و آموزش ورزش دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر می‌باشد. این پژوهش کاربردی و روش انجام آن آمیخته است. روش نمونه‌گیری، هدفمند و در دسترس بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل دانشجویان، اساتید، خبرگان و مربیان تربیت‌بدنی، مدیر گروه تربیت‌بدنی و مدیران آموزش دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر بود. در مرحله اول پژوهش با استفاده از انجام مصاحبه با 25 نفر از جامعه آماری، عوامل توسعه و آموزش ورزش شناسایی شد. در مرحله دوم و سوم، عوامل شناسایی شده توسط گروه دلفی (25 نفر) بررسی شد؛ در این دو مرحله عواملی که حداقل 70 درصد دارای پاسخ مثبت بودند برای مرحله بعد باقی ماندند. در مرحله چهارم رتبه‌بندی عوامل شناسایی‌ شده در سه مرحله قبل با استفاده از پرسشنامه پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت انجام شد و در نهایت مدل توسعه و آموزش ورزش دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر ترسیم شد. برای رتبه‌بندی عوامل از آزمون فریدمن در قالب نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش مهم‌ترین عوامل توسعه و آموزش ورزش دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر شامل توسعه ورزش‌های ساحلی، حمایت مسئولین دانشگاه از ورزش دانشجویان، وجود سیستم‌های ثبت فعالیت‌های ورزشی دانشجویان، وجود سیستم‌های بودجه‌ریزی مشخص در حوزه ورزش دانشگاه و استفاده از مدرسین و داوران دارای مدرک مربیگری و داوری در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی بودند؛ بنابراین مدیران دانشگاه باید جهت توسعه و آموزش ورزش دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر، عوامل شناسایی شده را مورد توجه قرار دهند.

designing a sports development and education model for imam khomeini naval academy of nowshahr

the purpose of this study is to design a model for sports development and education at imam khomeini naval academy in nowshahr. this research is applied in terms of purpose, and the method of doing it is mixed. the sampling method was purposeful and available. the statistical population of the study included students, professors, experts and physical education instructors, the director of the physical education department and the education directors of imam khomeini naval academy of nowshahr. in the first phase of the research, by conducting interviews with 25 people from the statistical population, the factors of development and training of sports were identified. in the second and third stages, the factors identified by the delphi group (n = 25) were investigated; in these two stages, the factors that had at least 70% positive answer remained for the next stage. in the fourth stage, the ranking of the identified factors in the previous three stages was performed using a fivepoint likert questionnaire, and finally, the sports development and education model of imam khomeini naval academy of nowshahr was drawn. friedman test in spss software was used to rank the factors. based on the findings of this study, the most important factors in the development and education of sports at imam khomeini naval academy of nowshahr include the development of beach sports, support of university officials for student sports, the existence of student sports activity registration systems, the existence of specific budgeting systems in university sports, and the use of teachers and referees who had a degree in coaching and refereeing at the national and international levels; therefore, university administrators should pay attention to the identified factors for the development and education of sports at imam khomeini naval academy of nowshahr.
