بررسی تاثیر ظرفیت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی سواحل مکران بر ارتقای قدرت دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

درک مناسب از موقعیت جغرافیایی یک کشور می توان بر قدرت ملی، رفتار سیاسی و منافع ملی آن کشور تاثیرات متفاوتی داشته باشد. امروزه دریا سهم زیادی در شکل‌گیری قدرت ملی یک کشور در روابط بین‌الملل ایفا می‌کند. ایران به واسطه قرار گرفتن در قسمت شمال خلیج فارس، تنگه هرمز و دریای عمان و مجاورت با دریای خزر از موقعیت دریایی ویژه‌ای در منطقه و جهان برخوردار است. جنوب شرق ایران با دارا بودن ظرفیت‌های ژئوپولتیک فوق‌العاده اقتصادی، امنیتی، دسترسی، ارتباطات منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی واجد کارکردهای تولید کننده قدرت در کشور است که تا کنون مورد غفلت واقع شده و با وجود دارا بودن پتانسیل‌های فوق الذکر، یکی از عقب‌مانده‌ترین مناطق کشور به لحاظ اقتصادی و اجتماعی محسوب می‌گردد. قدرت دریایی ایران می‌تواند با استفاده از سرچشمه‌ها و عناصر موجود در این منطقه جهش قابل توجهی را تجربه کند. نهایتاً دور از انتظار نخواهد بود که جمهوری اسلامی ایران بتواند با سیاست‌گذاری‌های صحیح و اتخاذ راهبردهای مناسب، ظرفیت های معرفی شده در سواحل مکران را در راستای ارتقای قدرت دریایی به کار گیرد. پژوهش پیش رو با روش توصیفیتحلیلی به دنبال آن است که بهره گیری از ظرفیت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی سواحل مکران چه تاثیری بر افزایش قدرت دریایی ایران خواهد داشت.

investigating the effect of geopolitical capacities of makran coasts on the promotion of naval power of the islamic republic of iran

a proper understanding of a country’s geographical location can have different effects on that country’s national power, political behavior, and national interests. today, the sea plays a major role in shaping a country’s national power in international relations. due to its location in the northern part of the persian gulf, the strait of hormuz and the sea of ​​oman and its proximity to the caspian sea, iran has a special maritime position in the region and the world. southeastern iran, with its extraordinary economic, security, access, regional and international geopolitical capacities, has the functions of producing power in the country, which has been neglected so far, and despite having the abovementioned potentials, is one of the most economically and socially underdeveloped regions in the country. iran’s naval power can experience a significant leap by using the resources and elements in this region. finally, it will not be far from expected that the islamic republic of iran will be able to use the capacities introduced on the coasts of makran in order to promote naval power, with the right policies and appropriate strategies. the present research with a descriptiveanalytical method seeks to determine the effect of utilizing the geopolitical capacities of makran coasts on increasing iran’s naval power.
