مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های اجرای آموزشِ عملیات مشترک آجا

یکی از اساسی‌ترین گام‌ها برای اجرا و تدوین برنامه آموزشی، اجرای صحیح آموزش است. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مناسب برای اجرای آموزش عملیات مشترک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران و تعیین چگونگی وضعیت موجود آن انجام شده است. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های میدانی و کتابخانه تخصصی و با ابزارهای اسناد و مدارک دست اول، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه گردآوری شده اند و اسناد مدارک ومصاحبه‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی قرار گرفته و پرسش‌نامه‌ها نیز با استفاده از آمار‌های استنباطی تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد اجرای آموزشی عملیات مشترک در اجا شامل مولفه‌های: تدوین تقویم آموزشی، تامین امکانات و تجهیزات، هماهنگی امور آموزشی، سازماندهی، رهبری آموزشی، انتخاب اساتید و مدرسان، مدیریت امور مالی می شود. شاخص‌های هر یک از مولفه ها در جدول پایانی آورده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد در وضعیت موجود اجرای آموزش فقط مولفه های هماهنگی امور آموزشی، سازماندهی و مدیریت امور مالی در شرایط مطلوبی قرار داشته و به سایر مولفه ها و شاخص ها توجه کافی نشده است.در این مقاله علاوه بر بررسی هرچه بیشتر موارد فوق به احصا و واکاوی دیگر مولفه ها و شاخص ها شامل تدوین تقویم اموزشی، تامین امکانات و تجهیزات، انتخاب اساتید و مدرسان و... نیز پرداخته می شود.

components and indicators of performing joint operations in the army of islamic republic of iran

one of the most important steps in implementing and developing a training program is the proper implementation of training. the aim of this study was to identify the appropriate components and indicators for the implementation of joint operations training of the army of the islamic republic of iran and to determine the current situation. the research is applied in terms of purpose, and the data have been collected using field methods and specialized library and firsthand documents, interviews, and questionnaires. the documents and interviews have been qualitatively analyzed and the question letters were also analyzed using inferential statistics. the results of this research showed that the educational implementation of joint operations in aja includes the components: compiling an educational calendar, providing facilities and equipment, coordinating educational affairs, organizing, educational leadership, selecting professors and instructors, and managing financial affairs. the indicators of each component are given in the final table. the results of the research show that in the current situation of education implementation, only the components of coordination of educational affairs, organization and management of financial affairs are in good condition and not enough attention has been paid to other components and indicators. other components and indicators are counted and analyzed, including the compilation of the educational calendar, the provision of facilities and equipment, the selection of professors and instructors, and so on.
