شناسایی عوامل انسانی و انگیزشی موثر بر آموزش دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم‌ دریایی امام خمینی(ره) از منظر اساتید، فرماندهان و مدیران

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل انسانی و انگیزشی موثر بر آموزش دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم‌ امام خمینی(ره) انجام پذیرفته است. این تحقیق بر مبنای هدف، از نوع «تحقیقات کاربردی» و بر مبنای ماهیت از نوع «توصیفی پیمایشی» بوده که از رویکردی «آمیخته» برخوردار است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش؛ شامل اساتید، فرماندهان و مدیران آموزشی پژوهشی با مدرک تحصیلی حداقل کارشناسی ارشد بوده‌ که با استناد به جدول مورگان 80 نفر به‌روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌‌ای تصادفی به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب گردیده‌اند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز جهت تدوین ادبیات تحقیق از «مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای» با استفاده از «ابزار فیش‌برداری» و در خصوص جمع‌آوری داده‌های واقعی نیز از «مطالعات میدانی» با استفاده از ابزار «مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته» و «پرسشنامه بسته» استفاده شده که سئوالات آن‌ها از دو جنبه روایی ظاهری و محتوا به جهت روشن و بدون ابهام بودن گویه‌ها و همچنین کفایت کمیت و کیفیت توسط خبرگان تایید گردیده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه نیز 0.914 بوده که بیانگر پایایی بالای آن است. برابر نتایج پژوهش؛ از میان 51 گزاره‌ای که از طریق «تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی» مصاحبه با خبرگان احصاء شده بود، تعداد 29 گزاره با تحلیل آماری پرسشنامه (آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای) به‌عنوان عوامل انسانی و انگیزشی موثر معرفی گردیدند که در پایان با استفاده از «آزمون فریدمن» عوامل یاد شده اولویت‌بندی شدند و عواملی همچون؛ مهارت در تدریس استاد، ویژگی شخصیتی فرمانده، عدالت در معرفی استاد، پژوهشگر و فرمانده نمونه، داشتن دغدغه آموزشی فرماندهان، به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش شناسایی گردیدند.

identifying human and motivational factors affecting the education of the undergraduate course of imam khomeini naval academy from the perspective of professor, commanders and managers

the present study has been conducted to identify and prioritize humanistic and motivational factors affecting the education of the undergraduate course of imam khomeini naval academy. this descriptive survey research is based on the purpose of &applied research& and has a &mixed& approach. statistical community of this study includes professors, commanders and educational research managers with at least a master’s degree. according to morgan table, 80 people were selected as a sample population by stratified random sampling. in order to collect the data needed to compile the research literature, &library studies& using ¬etaking tools& and in order to collect real data, &field studies& using &semi structured interviews& and &close ended questionnaires& were used. they have been confirmed by experts in terms of face and content validity in order to improve clarity and unambiguity of the items as well as quantitative and qualitative adequacy. cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.914, which indicates its high reliability. the findings showed that among the 51 propositions that were counted through &inductive qualitative content analysis& interview with experts, 29 propositions were introduced as effective humanistic and motivational factors by statistical analysis of a questionnaire (one sample t test), which was prioritized using &friedman test&. factors such as the teacher’s teaching skills, personality traits of the commander, fairness in introducing the teacher, researcher and exemplary commander, and having the educational concern of the commanders were identified as the most important factors affecting the quality of education.
