ارتباط بین پایداری قامتی و حس وضعیت مفاصل اندام تحتانی با دقت هدف‌گیری تیراندازان مبتدی و زبده نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین پایداری قامتی و حس وضعیت مفاصل اندام تحتانی با دقت هدف‌گیری تیراندازان مبتدی و زبده بود. 137 نفر از تفنگداران و تکاوران مستقر در منطقه کنارک چابهار انتخاب و به دو گروه مبتدی (تعداد 92 نفر) و تک‌تیرانداز (زبده) (تعداد 45 نفر) تقسیم شدند. اندازه‌گیری تعادل ایستا و پویا و حس وضعیت مفاصل زانو و مچ پا از تمامی افراد شرکت‌کننده در تحقیق به عمل آمد و ارتباط آن‌ها با امتیاز تیراندازی با اسلحه ژ3 در حالت ایستاده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از روش آماری همبستگی اسپیرمن برای یافتن ارتباط بین متغیرها در هر گروه استفاده شد و نتایج نشان دهنده وجود ارتباط معنی‌دار بین پایداری قامتی ایستا و پویا با دقت تیراندازی در گروه مبتدی و بین پایداری قامتی ایستا و دقت تیراندازی در گروه زبده بود. همچنین بین حس وضعیت مفصل زانو با امتیاز تیراندازی در گروه مبتدی ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد درصورتی‌که در گروه زبده بین حس وضعیت مفصل مچ پا با دقت تیراندازی ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود داشت. نتایج به دست آمده موید اهمیت تعادل در موفقیت در تیراندازی است و نشان می دهد با بالا رفتن سطح مهارت در تیراندازی اهمیت کنترل حرکات جزئی و کوچک در سطح تعادل ایستا و کنترل حرکت مچ پا بیشتر می‌شود.

the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between postural stability and lower extremity joints position sense with shooting accuracy of elementary and skilled naval military shooters. for this purpose, 137 of taurus and musketeers in konarak, chabahar at islamic republic of iran navy were selected and divided in two elementary (n= 92) and skilled (n= 45) groups. static and dynamic balance and knee and ankle position sense of all participants were measured and the relationship with the shooting accuracy in standing position was calculated. in order to find significant relationship between variables in each group, spearman correlation statistical method was used. the findings showed a relationship between static and dynamic balance with the shooting accuracy in elementary group. also there is a relationship between static balance and shooting accuracy in skilled shooters. in proprioception section, there was a significant relationship between knee position sense and the shooting accuracy in elementary group and between ankle position sense and accuracy shooting in skilled group. the results confirmed the importance of balance in shooting success and indicated that as the level of shooting skills increases, the importance of controlling minor movements at the static balance level and controlling the movement of the ankle increases.
