ارائه الگوی ارتقای درس پژوهی و بهبود آموزش و یادگیری در نظام های آموزشی کشور

این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی ارتقای درس پژوهی و بهبود آموزش و یادگیری در نظام های آموزشی کشور انجام شده است. روش این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. نحوه گردآوری داده ها به روش آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است و ابزار گرد آوری داده ها ، مصاحبه با خبرگان و انجام مصاحبه‌های تخصصی نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مدرسان موسسات آموزشی کشور با تعداد حدود 400000 نفر است. حجم نمونه ، تعداد 375 نفر از مدرسان شاغل در موسسات آموزشی کشور (در بخش کمی) تعیین شده با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و متخصصان این حوزه (در بخش کیفی) می باشد. مدرسان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای و به صورت یک مرحله ای انتخاب شدند . تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده، به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد که مولفه های اصلاح ساختار، قانونگذاری و نظارت، انگیزش، امکانات و تکنولوژی، آموزش، نوآوری متدها و روش ها و فرهنگ اثربخش در بعد حمایتگر (بیرونی)؛ و مولفه های دانش، نگرش، مهارت ها، توانایی ها و ویژگی های شخصیتی در بعد فردی (درونی)، تحت عنوان مولفه‌های ارتقای درس‌پژوهی ، مورد تائید قرار گرفتند. آزمون های برازش مدل در حد مطلوب بوده و همه مولفه های ارتقای درس پژوهی احصاء شده، با ضریب اثر معنا دار، نشان دهنده اعتبار مدل است. برای ارتقای درس پژوهی پیشنهاد می شود برنامه های کوتاه مدت ، میان مدت و بلند مدت و با اولویت مولفه های پژوهشی اجرا شود.

Providing a model for promoting lesson study and improving education and learning in the country’s educational systems

This study was conducted with the aim of providing a model for promoting lesson study and improving education and learning in the country’s educational systems. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose. The method of data collection is mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and the tools of data collection are interviews with experts and semistructured specialized interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of this study is all teachers of educational institutions in the country with a number of about 400,000 people. The sample size is 375 teachers working in the country’s educational institutions (in the quantitative section) determined using the Cochran’s formula and 15 university professors and specialists in this field (in the qualitative section). Instructors were selected by onestep cluster random sampling method. The collected data were analyzed in two ways: descriptive and inferential. The results show that the components of structural reform, legislation and supervision, motivation, facilities and technology, education, innovation of methods and methods and effective culture in the supportive (external) dimension; And the components of knowledge, attitude, skills, abilities and personality traits in the individual (internal) dimension, were approved as components of academic promotion. The model fits the tests to the desired level and all the components of the enumerated lesson study promotion, with a significant effect factor, indicate the validity of the model. In order to promote research, it is suggested that shortterm, mediumterm and longterm programs be implemented with the priority of research components.
