طراحی مدل سنجش سرمایه ساختاری دانشگاه‌ها

در اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش سازمان هایی موفقند که، از این دارائی ناملموس به نحو بهتر و سریع‌تری استفاده می‌کنند. تحقیقات حاکی از آن است، دانش با ارزش ترین و راهبردی ترین منبع در محیط کسب و کار امروزی است. در این راستا مدیریت دانش و سرمایه فکری به عنوان یکی از شاخصه های اصلی در دانشگاه ها تبدیل شده، که وظیفه و هدف اصلی آن‌ها تولید و انتشار دانش است. مدیران می‌دانند که آن‌ها مجبور به اداره فرآیند یادگیری و اندازه‌گیری نتایج آن هستند. با این حال، سازمان‌ها، مدل دانشی و ابزار مناسب اندازه‌گیری برای بررسی نتایج یادگیری‌های شان ندارند. از این رو در این پژوهش تلاش می‌شود مدلی مناسب جهت سنجش سرمایه ساختاری (به عنوان یکی از اجزای اصلی سرمایه فکری) طراحی شود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها ترکیبی می باشد. ابتدا از مطالعات ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان فن، مدل مفهومی تحقیق استخراج شد. نمونه 9 نفر روش کیفی به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب گردید. و نیز جهت بررسی شاخص های استخراج شده و مدل موجود تعداد 70 پرسشنامه به روش تصادفی ساده بین اساتید و خبرگان در دسترس توزیع شد. در نهایت با استفاده از آزمون های مختلف ( پایایی، روایی همگرا، روایی تشخیصی، تحلیل رگرسیون، تحلیل بار عاملی) اعتبار شاخص ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در جهت تایید مدل از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار پی ال اس استفاده شد.

Designing a model for measuring the structural capital of universities

In a knowledgebased economy, there are successful organizations that use this intangible asset better and faster. Research shows that knowledge is the most valuable and strategic resource in today’s business environment. In this regard, knowledge management and intellectual capital has become one of the main characteristics in universities, whose main task and purpose is to produce and disseminate knowledge. Managers know that they have to manage the learning process and measure the results. However, organizations do not have the appropriate knowledge model and measurement tools to evaluate their learning outcomes. Therefore, in this research, an attempt is made to design a suitable model for measuring structural capital (as one of the main components of intellectual capital). The present study is applied in terms of purpose and combined in terms of data collection method. First, a conceptual model of research was extracted from literature studies and interviews with technical experts. A sample of 9 people was selected by qualitative method using snowball method. Also, 70 questionnaires were distributed among the available professors and experts in a simple random method to evaluate the extracted indices and the existing model. Finally, using various tests (reliability, convergent validity, diagnostic validity, regression analysis, factor load analysis), the validity of the indicators was examined and in order to confirm the model, the structural equation model and PLS software were used.
