شناسایی گفتمان‌های شکل دهنده به همکاری‌های علمی بین المللی در آموزش عالی ایران

امروزه توسعه فعالیت‌های علمی بین‌المللی به یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان در راستای افزایش اعتبار، کیفیت، درآمدزایی و برندسازی تبدیل شده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی گفتمانهای شکل دهنده به همکاری‌های علمی بین المللی در آموزش عالی ایران انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. گروه هدف پژوهش حاضر، مدیران بخش بین‌الملل دانشگاه‌های دولتی کشور و صاحب نظران این حوزه بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی 13 نفر از مدیران بخش بین‌الملل دانشگاه‌های دولتی و 5 نفر از صاحب‌نظران این حوزه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز ‌از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده گردید و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه، مجموع کدهای آزاد استخراج شده از مصاحبه‌ها 119 کد بود که پس از ادغام کدهای مشابه با یکدیگر در نهایت 75 کد باقی ماند که در 6 مفهوم مشابه طبقه‌بندی و در نهایت گفتمان های شکل دهده به همکاری‌های علمی بین‌المللی در آموزش عالی کشور در 4گفتمان اصلی شامل: گفتمان فرهنگی، گفتمان اقتصادی، گفتمان بین المللی بودن علم و گفتمان سیاسی دسته‌بندی شدند.

Identifying discourses shaping international scientific collaborations in Iranian higher education

Today, the development of international scientific activities has become one of the main concerns of the world’s top universities in order to increase credibility, quality, revenue generation and branding. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the discourses that shape international scientific cooperation in Iranian higher education. The present study is purposeful, applied and with a qualitative approach. The target group of the present study was the managers of the international department of the country’s public universities and experts in this field. Using targeted and snowball sampling method, 13 managers of the international department of public universities and 5 experts in this field were selected as a sample. Semistructured interviews were used to collect data and data analysis was performed by content analysis. After analyzing the data obtained from the interview, the total number of free codes extracted from the interviews was 119 codes, which after merging the same codes with each other, finally remained 75 codes, which were classified in 6 similar concepts and finally discourse. Forms of international scientific cooperation in the country’s higher education were categorized into four main discourses: cultural discourse, economic discourse, international discourse of science, and political discourse.
