یادگیری راهبردی و اثر آن بر قابلیت‌های رقابتی عملیاتی (با تاکید بر نقش میانجی چابکی راهبردی دانش محور) مورد مطالعه: سازمان تحقیقات و جهاد خودکفایی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا

سازمان‌های تحقیقاتی نظیر سازمان تحقیقات و جهاد خودکفایی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا به دلیل ویژگی‌های منحصر به فرد خود، همیشه با محیطی پویا و با عدم اطمینان بالا مواجه بوده‌اند؛ بنابراین برای پیشی گرفتن از رقیبان خود و بقاء در چنین محیطی، نیازمند قابلیت‌های رقابتی عملیاتی هستند. در چنین شرایطی، یکی از رویکردهای مورد استفاده این سازمان‌ها برای کسب قابلیت‌های رقابتی عملیاتی، استفاده از یادگیری راهبردی و چابکی راهبردی دانش‌محور است؛ از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر نیز، مطالعه اثر یادگیری راهبردی بر قابلیت‌های رقابتی عملیاتی با توجه به نقش میانجی چابکی راهبردی دانش‌محور در سازمان تحقیقات و جهاد خودکفایی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و اهداف پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است که به دنبال تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و سنجش روابط علی بین متغیرها از طریق مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری(sem) و با استفاده از نرم افزارamos22 می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه کارشناسان و محققین وابسته به سازمان تحقیقات و جهاد خودکفایی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا به تعداد 640 نفر می‌باشد. حجم نمونه آماری مورد نیاز از طریق فرمول کوکران240 نفر تعیین گردید و افراد نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و نیز از طریق منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی جمع آوری شدند. روایی پرسشنامه‌ توسط تعداد 10 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه، تایید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 0.87 محاسبه و تایید گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که هم یادگیری راهبردی و هم چابکی راهبردی هر دو تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر قابلیت‌های رقابتی سازمان تحقیقات و جهاد خودکفایی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا دارد و همچنین یادگیری راهبردی نیز تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر چابکی راهبردی دانش محور این سازمان دارد.

Strategic learning and its effect on operational competitiveness(Emphasizing the mediating role of knowledgebased strategic agility)(Case Study: AJA Air Defense SelfSufficiency crusade and Research Organization)

AbstractResearch organizations such as the AJA Air Defense SelfSufficiency crusade and Research Organization have always faced a dynamic and highly uncertain environment due to their unique characteristics; Therefore, in order to surpass their competitors and survive in such an environment, they need operational competitiveness. In such situations, one of the approaches used by these organizations to gain operational competitiveness is the use of strategic learning and knowledgebased strategic agility; Therefore, the aim of the present study is to study the effect of strategic learning on operational competitiveness with respect to the mediating role of knowledgebased strategic agility in the AJA Air Defense SelfSufficiency crusade and Research Organization. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and according to the nature of the subject and objectives of the research is a descriptive survey that seeks to analyze data and measure causal relationships between variables through structural equation modeling and using Amos22 software. The statistical population of the study is all experts and researchers affiliated with the Air Defense SelfSufficiency crusade and Research Organization of 640 people. The required statistical sample size was determined by Cochran’s formula of 240 people and the sample was selected using random sampling method. The required data were collected through a researchermade questionnaire as well as through library and Internet resources. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 university professors and its reliability was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha test. Findings show that strategic learning and strategic agility have a positive and significant effect on the competitive capabilities of the AJA Air Defense SelfSufficiency crusade and Research Organization. Also, strategic learning has a positive effect on the knowledgebased strategic agility of this organization.
