روش‌های توانمندسازی مدیریتی و فرماندهی دانشجویان کارشناسی ناپیوسته فرماندهی گردان

هدف از این پژوهش احصاء روش‌های توانمندسازی مدیریتی و فرماندهی دانشجویان کارشناسی ناپیوسته فرمانده گردان‌ در یک دانشگاه نظامی می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق از نظر ماهیت کاربردی و روش تحقیق، توصیفی پیمایشی بوده وجهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش کمی و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گرفته‌ است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه فرماندهان، اساتید، کارشناسان و پژوهشگران بوده و به منظور انتخاب هدفمند ویژگی هایی تعیین و با عنایت به آن ویژگی ها، تعداد 119 نفر شناسایی و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 80 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بین آنها توزیع و پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای به دست آوردن روایی، پرسشنامه بین 15 نفر از کارشناسان توزیع و پس از اخذ نظر آنها و با محاسبه ضریب لاوشه حدود 9/ احصاء شد. پایایی این پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ 0.97 می باشد. نتایج به دست آمده نشانگر این است که مولفه‌های دانش عمومی و تخصصی، دینی و انقلابی و محیط مستعد تربیتی و آموزشی دانشگاه در توانمندسازی مدیریتی، فرماندهی، تربیت دینی، اخلاقی، و رفتاری موثر بوده است.

Methods of managerial empowerment and command of parttime bachelor command students of the battalion command

The purpose of this study is to enumerate the methods of managerial empowerment and command of parttime undergraduate students in a military university. The type of research in terms of applied nature and research method is descriptive survey and for data analysis and quantitative method has been done using descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical population included all commanders, professors, experts and researchers and in order to purposefully select features, 119 people were identified and 80 people were randomly selected using Cochran’s formula. The researchermade questionnaire was distributed among them and after collecting it was analyzed using SPSS software. To obtain validity, the questionnaire was distributed among 15 experts and after obtaining their opinion and calculating the lavche coefficient of about / 9 was counted. The reliability of this study using Cronbach’s alpha formula is 0.97. The results show that the components of general and specialized knowledge, religious and revolutionary and the talented educational environment of the university have been effective in managerial, command, religious, moral, and behavioral empowerment.
