شناسایی ابعاد و نشانگرهای مدل شایستگی مدرسان صنعت دریایی ایران

اامروزه با توجه به تحولات بین‌المللی، حرفه‌ی دریانوردی به اندازه‌ای رشد کرده که نیازمند مهارت و دانش بالایی برای به‌کارگیری این شیوه از حمل و نقل، در دنیا است. در حال حاضر مدرسان به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی مراکز آموزشی دریانوردی در نظر گرفته می‌شوند و تحولات آینده‌ی صنعت دریانوردی به شایستگی‌ها، دانش، مهارت‌ها و برنامه‌های توسعه‌ی حرفه‌ای این مدرسان بستگی دارد. به همین جهت هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و نشانگرهای شایستگی مدرسان صنعت حمل و نقل دریایی ایران با روش کیفی است. داده‌ها از طریق مطالعه‌ی اسناد و مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساختاریافته با تعداد 25 نفر از مدرسان، پژوهشگران، متخصصان و مدیران صنعت دریانوردی، انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش با کاربست روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و و 80 نشانگر می باشد. رویکرد گلوله‌برفی انتخاب و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه با آن‌ها تا اشباع نظری داده‌ها به دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda2 کدگذاری و با استفاده از تکنیکتحلیل محتوا تحلیل شد. برای روایی از روش روایی محتوایی و برای پایایی از روش بازبینی مجدد اعضاء استفاده شد. نتایجحاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد مدل شایستگی مدرسان آموزشی دریانوردی دارای 9 بعد شامل؛ شایستگی راهبردی، ارتباطی،حرفهای، دانشی و خودتوسعهای، رفتاری، شخصیتی، فرهنگی، فنی و آموزشی و 80 نشانگر میباشد. نتایج این پژوهش به مدرسان دریایی کمک میکند که نقاط قوت و ضعف خود را شناسایی و رفع نمایند و به طور مستمر دانش، تخصص و مهارت خود را توسعه دهند.

Identifying the Dimensions and Indicators of the Competency Model of Iranian Marine Industry Instructors

Today, due to international developments, the maritime profession has grown to such an extent that it requires high skills and knowledge to use this method of transportation in the world. Instructors are currently considered as one of the main pillars of maritime training centers and the future developments of the maritime industry will depend on the competencies, knowledge, skills and professional development programs of these instructors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions and competency indicators of Iranian maritime transport industry instructors with a qualitative method. Data were obtained through document study and semistructured interviews with 25 instructors, researchers, specialists and managers of the maritime industry. Participants in this study are using purposive sampling method and 80 markers. The snowball approach was selected and the required information was obtained by interviewing them to theoretically saturate the data. Data were coded using MAXQDA20 software and analyzed using content analysis technique. Content validity method was used for validity and members’ review method was used for reliability. The results of this study showed that the competency model of maritime training instructors has 9 dimensions, including; Strategic, communication, professional, knowledge and selfdevelopment, behavioral, personality, cultural, technical and educational competence and 80 indicators. The results of this research help marine instructors to identify and eliminate their strengths and weaknesses and continuously develop their knowledge, expertise and skills.
