شناسایی عوامل زیرساختی و فرایندی موثر بر آموزش دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا از منظر اساتید (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه علوم‌ دریایی امام خمینی(ره))

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل زیرساختی و فرایندی موثر بر آموزش دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا انجام پذیرفته است. این تحقیق بر مبنای هدف، از نوع «تحقیقات کاربردی» و بر مبنای ماهیت از نوع «توصیفی پیمایشی» بوده و از رویکردی «آمیخته» برخوردار است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، برابر استعلام به عمل‌آمده شامل 108 نفر از استادان دانشگاه علوم‌ دریایی امام خمینی(ره) می‌باشد که در بخش کیفی با توجه به اشباع نظری، 32 نفر به‌شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و در بخش کمی نیز با استناد به جدول مورگان، 80 نفر به‌روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌‌ای تصادفی به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه پذیرفته شده‌اند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز جهت تدوین ادبیات تحقیق از «مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای» با استفاده از «ابزار فیش‌برداری» و در خصوص جمع‌آوری داده‌های واقعی نیز از «مطالعات میدانی» با استفاده از ابزار «مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته» و «پرسشنامه بسته» استفاده شده که سئوالات آن‌ها از دو جنبه روایی ظاهری و محتوا به جهت روشن و بدون ابهام‌بودن گویه‌ها و همچنین کفایت کمیت و کیفیت توسط خبرگان تایید گردیده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه 0.921 و پایایی باز آزمون مصاحبه‌ها 79 درصد بوده که بیانگر پایایی قابل قبول می باشد. با تحلیل محتوای کیفی مصاحبه‌ها، 67 مضمون شناسایی شدند که بر اساس آن، پرسشنامه تنظیم و توزیع گردید و داده‌های استخراجی از آن‌ با استفاده از «آزمون t مستقل تک نمونه‌ای» با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برابر نتایج به‌دست آمده، 35 مضمون به‌عنوان عوامل زیرساختی و فرایندی موثر معرفی و در پایان با استفاده از «آزمون فریدمن» اولویت‌بندی گردیدند که از میان آن‌ها «استفاده از شبیه‌سازها، کارگاه‌ها و آزمایشگاه‌ها در آموزش‌ها» مهم‌ترین عامل موثر بر آموزش شناسایی شده است.

Identifying Infrastructural Factors and Processes Affecting the Undergraduate Education of Military Universities of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the Perspective of Professors (Case Study: Imam Khomeini Naval Academy)

The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the factors of infrastructure and process affecting the undergraduate education of AJA officer universities. This research is based on the purpose of applied research and based on the nature of the type of descriptive survey and has a mixed approach. The statistical population of the research, according to the inquiry, includes 108 professors of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy. They are accepted as a sample population by stratifiedrandom sampling method. In order to collect the data needed to compile the research literature, library studies using Taking notes tools and in order to collect real data, field studies using semistructured interviews and closed questionnaires were used. They have been validated by experts in terms of appearance and content in terms of clarity and unambiguity of the items as well as the adequacy of quantity and quality. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.921 and Re test Reliability of the interview test was 79%, which indicates acceptable reliability. By analyzing the qualitative content of the interviews, 67 themes were identified based on which a questionnaire was prepared and distributed and the data extracted from it were analyzed using onesample independent t test using SPSS software. According to the obtained results, 35 themes were introduced as effective infrastructure and process factors and in the end were prioritized using Friedman test, among which the use of simulators, workshops and laboratories in training was identified as the most important factor affecting education.
