تحلیل روند فناوری‌های دفاع دریایی و تاثیرآن در توان رزم

آینده‏ نگاری فناوری دفاعی یکی از ویژگی‏های کشورهای موفق در حوزه دفاعی محسوب می‌شود. نگاه به آینده دفاعی و توجه به زیرساخت‌های دفاعی آینده و توان رزم ، یکی از الزامات اسناد راهبردی و برنامه‌های بلندمدت حوزه دفاع است. لذا عدم آگاهی از آینده دفاع دریایی سبب غافلگیری در مواجهه با تهدیدات دفاع دریایی خواهد شد. کشورجمهوری اسلامی ایران یک کشور دریایی است و نیاز به یک نیروی دریایی حقیقتاً برجسته دارد. به همین منظور ضرورت دارد به‌منظور ایجاد برتری در حوزه دفاع دریایی و محافظت از مرزهای گسترده دریایی، شناخت مطلوبی از آینده دفاع دریایی کسب نماید. مواجهه با عدم قطعیت‏ها و ابهام در تهدیدات پیش روی نیروی دریایی آینده و توجه به فناوری‏های نوین و اثرگذار در توان دفاعی دریایی افق 1414 سبب شد تا تحقیق حاضر با بهره‌گیری ازنظر خبرگان، و طی چند مرحله پرسشنامه، و مبتنی بر روش آمیخته،به بررسی فناوری‌های تهدید زا و فرصت‏های پیش روی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه دفاع دریایی تا افق 1414 و همچنین شناسایی ویژگی‏ها و قابلیت‌ها و توانمندی‌هایی نیروی دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مواجهه با این تهدیدات بپردازد.در نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق ضمن معرفی فناوری‌های حوزه دفاع دریایی، تاثیر آن را در توان رزم وبرتری دفاع دریایی نشان داده است

Analysis of the trend of naval defense technologies and its impact on improving combat capability and superiority of naval defense

Iran is a naval country and needs a truly outstanding navy, and therefore it is necessary to gain a good understanding of the future of naval defense in order to create superiority in the field of naval defense and protection of maritime borders.Faced with uncertainties and ambiguities in the threats facing the future navy and attention to the technologies affecting the naval defense of Horizon 1414, the present study, using the opinion of experts, and in several stages of a questionnaire, to examine threat technologies. The opportunities facing the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of naval defense up to the horizon of 1414, as well as identifying the characteristics, capabilities and capabilities of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of these threats. The sea, as a strategic resource, has a special place in the future of the national power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the realization of the strategic capabilities of the sea in the direction of national power is an issue that must be considered
