طراحی و تبیین الگوی توسعه و تعالی دانشگاههای نیروهای مسلح بر اساس دیدگاه فرماندهی معظم کل قوا (مدظله العالی)

زمینه و هدف: مدل‌های تعالی سازمان به عنوان ابزاری قوی برای سنجش میزان توسعه و تعالی سیستم ها در سازمان های مختلف به کار گرفته می‌شوند . در حوزه تعالی سازمان، دانشمندان و نظریه پردازان مختلف تئوری‌های مختلفی ارائه داده‌اند، ولی بسیاری از آنها با مبانی علوم دینی سنخیت چندانی ندارد. عدم کاربرد آنها در عمل، شکاف میان تئوری و عمل را در اذهان متبادر کرده است. ازاین‌رو، آنچه به نظر می‌رسد این است که مسئله اصلی، نبود یک مدل متناسب با فرهنگ و ارزش‌های بومی اسلامی است بر این اساس دراین تحقیق تلاش می‌شود بر اساس فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی) الگوی توسعه و تعالی دانشگاه احصاء گردد.این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان یکی از دانشگاههای نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی تعداد 350 نفر از آنان انتخاب گردیدند. پس از طراحی و تعیین روایی و پایایی ابزار، از مدل معادلات ساختاری برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: برای توسعه و تعالی دانشگاه‌ها بایستی رویکرد جامع اتخاذ گردد و علاوه بر ویژگیهای سازمان (فرهنگ، فناوری و ساختار)، به ویژگیهای فردی (شخصیتی، معنوی، نظامی و علمی) هم توجه شود، تا نتایج مورد انتظار (توسعه و تعالی) حاصل شود.

Designing and Explaining the Model of Development and Excellence of the Armed Forces Universities Based on the View of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces

Background and Aim: Organizational excellence models are used as a powerful tool to measure the development and excellence of systems in different organizations. In the field of organizational excellence, various scientists and theorists have proposed different theories, but many of them are not very similar to the basics of religious sciences. Their nonapplication in practice has created a gap between theory and practice. Therefore, what seems to be the main problem is the lack of a model appropriate to the culture and indigenousIslamic values. Accordingly, in this research, an attempt is made to calculate the development and excellence model of the university based on the orders of the Supreme Leader.This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study includes the staff of one of the universities of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which 350 were selected by random sampling. After designing and determining the validity and reliability of the instrument, the structural equation model was used to analyze the data.Findings: For the development and excellence of universities, organizational characteristics such as culture, structure and technology, as well as staff characteristics in four dimensions of scientific, military, spiritual and personality should be strengthened according to the orders of the Supreme Leader.
