ابعاد هم‌افزایی موثر در ارتقاء اثربخشی دانشگاه‌های نظامی در گام دوم انقلاب

چکیده: نظر به تحولات سریع، برق‌آسا، گسترده، عمیق در صحنه نبرد در حوزه تاکتیک و تکنیک و نقش این تحولات در سرنوشت نبرد طی چهارده سال اخیر از یک‌سو، و تاکید مضاعف مبانی‌ارزشی، آموزهای دینی، رهنمودهای و تدابیر امامین انقلاب بر آموزش و هم‌افزائی آموزشی در ایجاد، حفظ و ارتقاء این آمادگی از سوی دیگر موضوع نوشتار حاضر، ابعاد هم‌افزایی موثر در ارتقاء اثربخشی دانشگاه‌های نظامی در گام دوم انقلاب می‌باشد. در این نوشتار که از حیث هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی؛ از حیث سطح تحلیل، آمیخته اکتشافی و از حیث رویکرد و طبقه‎بندی کیفی، است. در راستای ارائه پاسخی مستدل به سوال تحقیق از روش والتزوباسل جهت محاسبه cviکل و ابعاد چهارگانه هم‌افزایی اثربخشی دانشگاه‌ها بهره‌گیری شده است؛ که شاخص کل با رتبه 83٪ و بُعد محلی با رویکرد آتش حرکت با رتبه 87%، بُعد منطقه‌ای با رویکرد آتش مانور با رتبه 83%، و بُعد ملی با رویکرد عملیات مشترک با رتبه 88% و بُعد بین‌المللی با رویکرد عملیات مرکب با رتبه 84% توسط جامعه خبرگی تایید گردید.. با نهادینه‌شدن ابعاد هم‌افزائی، ظرفیت‌های بر‌ای تحقق رسالت نیروهای مسلح محقق خواهدشد که در مبحث نتیجه‌گیری آمده‌است. در راستای نهادینه شدن مدل مستخرجه از نتایج تحقیق پیشنهادات پنجگانه ارائه شده‌است.

Dimensions of Effective Synergy in Promoting the Effectiveness of Military Universities in The Second Step of the Revolution

In this article, which is an applied research in terms of purpose; in terms of level of analysis, it is an exploratory mix and in terms of approach and qualitative classification. In order to provide a reasoned answer to the research question, the Waltzobassel method has been used to calculate the total CVI and the four dimensions of effective synergy in the effectiveness of universities; The overall index with a rank of %83 and the local dimension with a firearm approach with a rank of %87, the regional dimension with a maneuver fire approach with a rank of %83, and the national dimension with a joint operations approach with a rank of %88 and the international dimension with a combined operations approach with a rank of %84 were approved by the expert community. With the institutionalization of the dimensions of augmentation, the capacities to fulfill the mission of the Armed Forces will be realized, which is stated in the conclusion
