پدافند غیر عامل دریایی با تاکید بر امنیت پایدار دریایی

امنیت دریایی مفهومی است که در ابتدا تمرکز ملی قوی در قانون دریا بوده که عمدتا بر حفاظت و یکپارچگی دولت، ملت و دفع کشور های متخاصم متمرکز شده بود، به طوری که تمامیت ارضی حفظ شده و تهدیدات دریایی قادر به خنثی شدن در دریا بوده باشند و شکل متمایز قانون مربوط به جنگ های دریایی در این زمینه توسعه یافته است. با گذشت زمان، با این حال امنیت دریایی ابعاد مختلف و گسترده تری را توسعه داده است. در این مقاله با توجه به حساسیت پدافند غیر عامل در حوزه دریا که وجود دارد، نقش نیروی دریایی در راستای شکل گیری و تقویت به منظور جهش امنیت پایدار دریایی مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و نتایج حاصله نشان میدهد که فرصت‌های به وجود آمده با بهره جستن از قوتها درصدد بهره برداری از فرصت ها ازجمله گسترش توانمندی در پیاده‌سازی اصول و ملاحظات پدافند غیرعامل در ماموریت‌های محوله در مناطق مختلف دریایی و آب‌های آزاد، بهره‌گیری از موقعیت ویژه دریایی، پتانسیل‌های ژئومورفولوژیکی سواحل، ظرفیت‌های تنگه هرمز، بنادر و جزایر ایران به‌منظور گسترش زیرساخت‌های پدافند غیرعامل در ماموریت‌های محوله به نیروهای دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.

Passive naval defense with emphasis on sustainable maritime security

Maritime security is a concept which at first was a strong national focus on the law of the sea that was mainly focused on the protection and integration of the state, the nation, and the repulsion of hostile states in the way that territorial integrity is preserved and naval threats are able to be neutralized at sea, and a distinct form of naval law is developed in this area. Over time, however, maritime security has developed into a wider variety of dimensions. In this paper, considering the sensitivity of passive defense in the sea area that exists, the role of the navy in shaping and strengthening the leap for sustainable maritime security has been investigated and The gained results show that the opportunities created by taking advantage of the strengths seek to take advantage of opportunities such as expanding the ability to implement the principles and considerations of passive defense in missions in different areas of the sea and open waters, taking advantage of special marine position, geomorphological potentials and the capacity of the Strait of Hormuz, ports and islands of Iran to expand passive defense infrastructure in missions which assigned to the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
