بررسی اثربخشی آموزش آمیخته بر میزان رضایت و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

اجرای این تحقیق باهدف بررسی تاثیرآموزش آمیخته بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی و میزان رضایتمندی ایشان از استاد و روش تدریس او در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد بوده است. تحقیق ما از نوع تحقیقات شبه آزمایشی بوده که در آن از طرح پیش آزمونپس آزمون با گروه گواه استفاده شده است. گروه نمونۀ تحقیق 36 نفر ازدانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی امنیت فضای سایبر پلیس فتا بودند که در سال 1398 در درس روش تحقیق ثبت نام کرده بودند. برای سنجش عملکرد تحصیلی دو گروه،آزمون محقق ساخته ای در دو نوبت آغاز و پایان ترم اجرا شد. پایایی این ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ83درصد و روایی آن با استفاده از روش روایی محتوایی86درصد محاسبه گردید.در زمینۀ رضایت دانشجویان از روش تدریس استاد،از فرم نظر سنجی اساتید استفاده شد و جهت تحلیل داده ها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. با توجه به یافته های این پژوهش،اگرچه تاثیر مثبت رویکردآمیخته بر عملکرد تحصیلی معنی دار نبوده،اما این یافته نشان دهندة کارایی نداشتن سامانۀ مدیریت یادگیری و اجرای رویکرد آمیخته نیست، زیرا ویژگیهای خاص برخی از آزمودنیها در گروه آزمایش یا موثر بودن روش تدریس در گروه کنترل از عواملی هستند که نتایج به دست آمده را رقم زده اند،اما در میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دیده شد.با توجه به اینکه رویکردآمیخته،انعطاف پذیری زیادی را در مواردی مانند دسترسی به منابع،ارتباطات میان استاد و دانشجو ،انجام و ارائۀ تکالیف برای دانشجویان به همراه داشته،رضایت بیشتر آنها از روش آموزش را هم باعث شده بود.

Investigating the effectiveness of education mixed on the level of satisfaction and academic performance of students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mixed learning on the academic performance of students of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences and their level of satisfaction with the professor and his teaching method in the master’s degree. Our research was a quasiexperimental study using a pretestposttest design with a control group. The research sample group was 36 students of FATA Police Cyber ​​Security Master’s Degree Engineering who had registered for the research method course in 1398. To measure the academic performance of the two groups, a researchermade test was administered twice at the beginning and end of the semester. The reliability of this tool was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha of 83% and its validity using 86% content validation method. According to the findings of this study, although the positive effect of the mixed approach on academic performance was not significant, but this finding does not show the inefficiency of the learning management system and implementation of the mixed approach, because certain characteristics of some subjects in the experimental group or effective teaching method in The control group is one of the factors that have achieved the obtained results, but a positive and significant effect was seen on the level of student satisfaction. Carrying out homework for students also made them more satisfied with the teaching method.
