تحلیل مضمون تشکیل و توسعه نیروی دریایی راهبردی در اندیشه دفاعی امام خامنه‌‌ای(مدظله)

چکیده: نظر به اهداف متعالی مکتب حیات بخش اسلام، جایگاه نظام سیاسی اسلام در معادلات ژئواستراتژی و ساختار ژئوپلیتیکی جدید جهان، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات در محیط خارجی، ضعف‌ها و قوت‌ها و در محیط داخلی، ظهور بازیگران جدید با پیچیدگی رفتار در صحنه‌های تشکیل و توسعه نیروی قابلیت‌ محور با آمادگی مضاعف را می طلبد. فرماندهی معظم کل قوا همواره با رصد دقیق رویدادها و تحولات منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه در بیانات و رهنمودهایشان در مراسم و مناسبت‌های مختلف علاوه بر موشکافی ابعاد و زوایای آشکار و پنهان تهدیدات منافع ملی، راهبردهای نظام و سازمان مناسب جهت تحقق راهبردها را بیان و تحلیل نموده‌اند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر تشکیل و توسعه نیروی دریایی راهبردی با بهره گیری از فرمایشات فرماندهی معظم کل قوا انجام شده‌است. در این تحقیق که با رویکرد کیفی انجام گرفته، با استفاده از روش شبکه مضامین از روش تحلیل مضمون پنج مضمون تهدیدات متصور، عمق بخشی‌ داخلی، عمق بخشی ‌خارجی، انتظارات و ظرفیت‌های ملی، تکلیف ‌محوری به عنوان مضامین فراگیر موثر بر تشکیل و توسعه نیروی دریایی راهبردی ارائه شده است.

Thematic Analysis of the Formation and Development of the Strategic Navy in Imam Khamenei’s Defense Thought

Considering the lofty goals of the lifegiving school of Islam, the position of the Islamic political system in the geostrategic equations and the new geopolitical structure of the world, opportunities and threats in the external environment, weaknesses and strengths and in the internal environment, the emergence of new actors with complex behavior in scenes, require the formation and development of a capabilitydriven force with double readiness. The Supreme Command of the Armed Forces has always observed the regional and supraregional events and developments. In addition, the appropriate system and organization strategies to implement strategies to scrutinizing the obvious and hidden dimensions and angles of threats to national interests, have been mentioned and analyzed in his statements and instructions in various ceremonies and occasions. This study aims to determine the factors affecting the formation and development of a strategic navy using the orders of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces. In this research, which has been done with a qualitative approach, using the theme network method from the theme analysis method, five themes of perceived threats, internal depth, external depth, national expectations and capacities, pivotal task, are expressed as comprehensive themes affecting the formation and Strategic naval development.
