شناسایی و رتبه بندی مولفه های بکارگیری فناوری آموزش الکترونیکی در سازمان های دفاعی

آموزش الکترونیکی یکی از روش‌های نوین آموزشی مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است که می‌تواند بسیاری از محدودیت‌ها و محرومیت‌های آموزش سنتی را مرتفع نماید. بر همین اساس می‌توان گفت راه‌حل‌های گذشته قابلیت و قدرت مواجهه با چالش‌های سازمانی و محیط بیرونی را از دست داده‌اند؛ بنابراین بهتر است رویکردها و دیدگاه‌های جدیدی جایگزین شوند. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌های به‌کارگیری موفق آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع) است. جامعه آماری شامل کاربران سیستم‌های آموزش الکترونیکی (اعم از دانشجویان و اساتید) و خبرگانی است که دانش و تجربه لازم در حوزه آموزش الکترونیکی را دارند. نمونه آماری این پژوهش 150 نفر بوده که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای و تکنیک تحلیل شبکه فازی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش به لزوم توجه در مولفه‌های به‌کارگیری فناوری آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع)، اشاره دارد. نتیجه آن‌که ارزش اطلاعات موجود در سیستم از دید کاربران مهم بوده و نقش اساسی دارد و لذا بایستی به کیفیت اطلاعات، جامع‌بودن و به‌روز بودن آن‌ها توجه داشت. نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی و کارایی نرم‌افزار نیز از دیگر مولفه‌های مهم هستند. گرچه ممکن است محدودیت‌هایی در دانشگاه، اعمال گردد اما این موضوع با توجه به انعطاف‌پذیری سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی، امکان عملیاتی‌شدن دارد.

Identifying and Ranking The Success Factors Of Using ELearning Technology: A Case Study Of Imam Ali Military University

Elearning is one of the new educational methods based on information and communication [1]technology that can overcome many limitations and boundaries of traditional education. Accordingly, it can be said that past solutions have lost the ability and power to face organizational challenges and the external environment; Therefore, it is better to replace new approaches and perspectives. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors of successful use of elearning in Imam Ali Military University. The statistical population includes users of elearning systems (both students and professors) and experts who have the necessary knowledge and experience in the field of elearning. The statistical sample of this study was 150 people who were selected by simple random sampling. For data analysis, onesample ttest and fuzzy network analysis technique were used. Findings indicate the need to pay attention to the components of using elearning technology in Imam Ali Military University. The result is that the value of information in the system is important from the users’ point of view and plays an essential role, and therefore we must pay attention to the quality of information, their community and uptodatedness. Applicable software and software performance are other important components. Although there may be restrictions at the university, this can be operationalized due to the flexibility of information systems.
