طراحی الگوی یادگیری استراتژیک دوسوتوان در قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء (ص)

سازمان‌های نظامی به دلیل ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد همیشه با محیطی با عدم اطمینان بالا مواجه بوده‌اند؛ بنابراین برای پیشی گرفتن از رقیبان خود نیازمند مزیت رقابتی پایدار هستند. یکی از رویکردهای مورداستفاده سازمان‌ها برای کسب مزیت رقابتی در چنین شرایطی استفاده از مدل‌های یادگیری است. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر تحت عنوان طراحی الگوی یادگیری استراتژیک دوسوتوان در قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء (ص) انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است. براین اساس از روش کتابخانه‌ای (پژوهش در ادبیات) و میدانی (مصاحبه با متخصصانِ زمینۀ پژوهشی) استفاده شد. جامعۀ پژوهش حاضر را خبرگان قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء (ص) و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های تهران که سابقه پژوهش در زمینه یادگیری و آموزش را دارا بودند تشکیل دادند. برای انتخاب خبرگان جهت انجام مصاحبه‌ها و شناسایی مولفه‌ها، از روش نمونه‌‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد. فهرست خبرگان به کمک اساتید راهنما و مشاور و خبره مصاحبه‌شونده تکمیل گردید و مصاحبه تا تکمیل مصاحبه ها و اشباع نظرات ادامه یافت که در نهایت با 28 مصاحبه به پایان رسید و سپس با سه مرحله کدگذاری باز و محوری و گزینشی الگوی یادگیری استراتژیک دوسوتوان شکل گرفت که دربرگیرنده اجزاء و فرایندهای یادگیری استراتژیک دوسوتوان است که برای مدیریت کارآمد و اثربخش یادگیری در قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء موردنیاز است. این الگو می‌تواند به عنوان مبنایی جهت طراحی آموزش و یادگیری در مراکز نظامی قرار گیرد.

Designing an ambidexterity strategic learning model in Khatam alAnbia (PBUH) Air Defense Base

Military organizations have always faced an environment of high uncertainty due to their unique characteristics; Therefore, in order to surpass their competitors, they need a stable competitive advantage. One of the approaches used by organizations to gain a competitive advantage in such situations is to use learning models. For this purpose, the present study has been conducted under the title of designing a twoway strategic learning model in Khatam alAnbia (PBUH) Air Defense Base. The method of the present research is qualitative. Accordingly, the library (research in literature) and field (interview with research experts) methods were used. The present study population consisted of experts from Khatam alAnbia (PBUH) Air Defense Base and faculty members of Tehran universities who had a history of research in the field of learning and training. Purposeful sampling method was used to select experts for interviews and identify components. The list of experts was completed with the help of supervisors, counselors and experts interviewed, and the interview continued until the interviews were completed and comments were saturated, which ended with 28 interviews and then with three stages of open, pivotal and selective coding, the ambidexterity strategic learning model was formed, which includes the components and processes of ambidexterity strategic learning, which is needed for efficient and effective management of learning in Khatam alAnbia (PBUH) Air Defense Base. This model can be used as a basis for designing training and learning in military centers.
