تبیین جایگاه مراکز رشد پایدار در دانشگاه‌های نظامی

اخیرا توجه ویژه‌ای به جایگاه رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری با دانشگاه‌های علوم نظامی می‌شود. در همین راستا مراکز رشد پایدار مقوله‌ای جدید بوده که محقق به دنبال بررسی جایگاه مراکز رشد پایدار در دانشگاه‌های علوم نظامی می باشد. به عبارتی مساله اصلی محقق مولفه‌های اصلی مراکز رشد پایدار در دانشگاه‌های نظامی سئوال اصلی محقق بوده است. جهت نیل به این منظور، از روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی استفاده گردید؛ در بخش کیفی از رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهت‌دار استفاده شده است. منابع مورد استفاده، مصاحبه با 10 نفر از اساتید تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه‌های نظامی (داعا: دافوس و دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا) در حوزه مراکز رشد بود، که با مرور چندباره و تحلیل مصاحبه‌های مکتوب شده، مولفه‌های مراکز رشد پایدار در دانشگاه‌های نظامی شناسایی شدند. 60 واحد معنایی استخراج شدند که در قالب 13 رمز دسته‌بندی شدند. در بخش کمی تحقیق در قالب روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی و از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دیدگاه‌های 280 نفر از دانشجویان دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه‌های نظامی که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده بودند، گردآوری و سپس داده ها با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(ahp) ، تجزیه و تحلیل و مولفه‌های انکوباتور پایدار و ملاک‌های مرتبط با هر یک از آنها اولویت بندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مولفه الزام آموزشی و پژوهشی پایدار با وزن نسبی 0.3 بیشترین اهمیت را در مراکز رشد پایدار دانشگاه‌های نظامی دارد. و بعد از آن به ترتیب مولفه‌های الزام منابع پایدار با 0.18 الزام مدیریتی پایدار با وزن نسبی 0.14 قرار دارند.
