ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی درونی گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه های دولتی ایران با رویکرد فراارزیابی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی جامع و فراارزیابانه‌‌ای از وضعیت کنونی ارزیابی درونی در گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران و در نهایت ارائه یک الگوی بهینه ارزیابی درونی است. بدین منظور، روش پژوهش کیفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. به منظور گردآوری داده ها، از تحلیل اسناد و گزارش‌ها و همچنین مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان و دستاندرکاران استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها، از روش کدگذاری آزاد، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی استفاده گردید. نتیجتا، مدل ارائه شده از 3 عامل اصلی بافت، محتوا و اجرا و نیز 10 بعد محوری شامل؛ بعد فرهنگی، بعد فکریپارادایمی، بعد ساختاری، بعد کیفیت، بعد اهداف، بعد شاخص‌ها، بعد الگو، بعد قبل اجرا، بعد حین اجرا و بعد پس از اجرا تشکیل شده است و گام‌های لازم در هر بعد نیز ارائه شده است.

In so doing, a qualitative design is used. Indepth Semistructured interview was used to gather data from the informants. In addition, document analysis was conducted. To analyze data, free coding, axial coding and selective coding were used. The proposed metaevaluation model was comprised of three primary constructs, e.g. context of internal evaluation (cultural aspect, paradigm aspect, structural aspect, and quality aspect), content of internal evaluation (model, goals, and indicators), and execution of internal evaluation (preexecution, while execution, and postexecution).
