شناسایی موانع توسعه اکوسیستم دانشگاه کارآفرین

ظهور دانشگاه کارآفرین در نتیجه توسعه درونی دانشگاه و تاثیر عوامل بیرونی و اهمیت روزافزون دانش و نوآوری در جامعه صورت می‌گیرد هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی موانع توسعه اکوسیستم دانشگاه کارآفرین در دانشگاه‌های ایران است. پژوهش یک مطالعه آمیخته اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی از نظریه داده بنیاد و در بخش کمی از روش پیمایشی استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری شامل سیاست‌گذاران و اساتید صاحب‌نظر در زمینه آموزش عالی و کارآفرینی، مدیران مراکز کارآفرینی، رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری، مسئولین بخش صنعت و دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه‌های تهران، شهید بهشتی و تربیت مدرس بود. در بخش کیفی 20 نفر از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند نظری و در بخش کمی 223 نفر با روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی از طریق پرسشنامه 26 سوالی حاصل از مقوله‌های کیفی گردآوری شد. اعتبار و روایی داده‌های کیفی از دو رویکرد بازبینی اعتبار پاسخگو و بازنگری مطلعین بیرونی و پرسشنامه از طریق نظر متخصصان و آلفای کرونباخ (0.83) تایید گردید. به‌وسیله فرایند کدگذاری 92 گزاره مفهومی در قالب 26 مقوله عمده طبقه‌بندی و در نهایت 6 مقوله هسته ای احصاء شد. در بخش کمی مولفه‌های اصلی موانع مالی، ساختاری و اداری، پژوهشی، ارتباطی، آموزش سنتی و فرهنگ سازمانی با بار عاملی، میانگین واریانس استخراجی و روایی همگرا بالای (0.4)، ضرایب معناداری z بالای (1.96)، با ضریب تعیین (r2) و نیکویی برازش (gof) مناسب (0.56) مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

Identifying the Barriers to Entrepreneurial University Ecosystem Development

The emergence of entrepreneurial university is the result of inner development of university, impact of external factors on university, and increasing importance of knowledge and innovation in society. This study aimed Identifying and ranking the Barriers to Entrepreneurial University Ecosystem Development in Iran. This was a based on the sequential exploratory mixed method and in two sections of qualitative and quantitative. In qualitative section used grounded theory method and in quantitative approach researchers used correlational method. The population consisted of and professors, managers of entrepreneurship centers, growth and science and technology parks, industry department authorities, and PhD candidates in Tehran, Beheshti and Allameh Tabatabei University. Using purposeful sampling method. Using purposeful sampling method, 20 people were selected as key informants. The data were collected through and semistructured interview. two methods including reviewing accountable validity and external were used to obtain validity and reliability of data. The data were analyzed by open, axial, and selective coding. At initial stage, 96 conceptual propositions were obtained; in second stage, they were classified in 26 categories. At axial coding stage, 6 key items were counted. Financial, structural, research, administrative, communication, traditional education and organizational culture were approved using factor loading, extraction mean variance and high convergence validity (0.4), z high coefficients (1.96), coefficient of determination (R2) and goodness of fit (GoF= 0.56).
