آموزه ای بر طراحی مدل بهینه فرایندی تدارکات الکترونیکی در شرکت کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

این پژوهش به‌منظور شناسایی و تبیین روابط متغیرهای تدارکات الکترونیکی و بهبود خدمات شرکت کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شده است. این تحقیق از حیث هدف، تبیینی و از حیث نتیجه تحقیق، کاربردی (با توجه به نتیجه آن‌که ارائه یک مدل است) و از حیث نوع داده، ترکیب کمی و کیفی می‌باشد که از روش آمیخته اکتشافی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی افراد فعال در بخش تدارکات در شرکت کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران ‌که 100 نفر می‌باشند. حجم نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 82 نفر محاسبه شد که به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه تحقیق شامل 25 سوال در قالب 5 گروه بوده است. روایی تحقیق از نوع محتوایی صوری و پایایی آن با توجه به میزان آلفای کرونباخ 0/943، مورد تائید قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که 5 گروه فرایند خرید (3 زیرعامل)، پیروی از سیاست‌های یکسان و مشترک (5 زیرعامل)، استانداردسازی و مکانیزه شدن تامین و تدارکات (9 زیرعامل)، بهبود ارتباط با شرکت‌های تامین‌کننده (4 زیرعامل) و مدیریت مالی (4 زیرعامل) در طراحی مدل بهینه فرایندی تدارکات الکترونیکی در شرکت کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران نقش دارند.

An Instruction on Designing an Optimal Process Model of Electronic Logistics at Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line (IRISL)

The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the relationships between electronic logistics variables and improvement of the IRISL services. This research is explanatory in terms of goal, and applied, in terms of the result (presenting a model), and a qualitative and quantitative combination in terms of data type, by using the exploratory mixed method. The statistical population of the study includes all 100 active persons in the logistics sector of the IRISL. The sample size of the study was calculated by using Cochran formula and 82 persons were selected randomly. The research questionnaire consisted of 25 questions in 5 groups. Content validity and face validity of the study were confirmed the reliability estimated by Cronbach’s alpha of 0.943. The research results show that 5 groups of purchasing process (3 subsectors), adherence to common policies (5 subsectors), standardization and mechanization of supply and logistics (9 subsectors), improved communication with supplier companies (4 subsectors) and financial management ( 4 subfactors) are involved in designing an optimal process model of electronic logistics at IRISL.
