بررسی و تحلیل شاخص‌های عملکرد آموزشی دانشگاه علوم دریایی به روش bsc-topsis

در عصری که صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهی به آن عصر دانایی و دانش محوری لقب داده اند، بسیاری از فنون و تکنیک‌های به‌کار رفته در سازمان های تجاری، مانند مهندسی مجدد فرایندها، مدیریت کیفیت جامع، بهبود مستمر، مدل کارت امتیازی متوازن‏، مورد پذیرش دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی قرار گرفته اند. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین جنبه های مهم ارزیابی عملکرد دانشگاه ها در راستای چشم‌انداز آموزش عالی با استفاده از کارت امتیازی متوازن و اولویت بندی شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد دانشگاه ها به روش تاپسیس فازی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، اساتید و مسئولین آموزشی دانشگاه علوم دریایی می باشند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده ها با مصاحبه حضوری و استفاده از تجارب و نظرات مدیران دانشگاه ها به ‌تعیین فاکتورهای اصلی موفقیت، شاخص ها و اهداف کلان موسسات آموزشی که در راستای هم می‌باشند پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که رتبه یک شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد در موسسات آموزش عالی با محوریت دانشگاه علوم دریایی؛ مربوط به « گرایش های جدید تحصیلات تکمیلی»، رتبه دوم « رشد اعتبارات پژوهشی» و رتبه سوم به «رشد امکانات و فضاهای آموزشی» اختصاص یافت.

Investigation And Analysis Of Educational Performance Indices Of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy By BSC – TOPSIS

In the era that academic scholars have called it "wisdom and knowledge centric age", many of the techniques used in business organizations, such as process reengineering, comprehensive quality management, continuous improvement, balanced scorecard model, have been accepted by universities and higher education institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the important aspects of evaluating the performance of universities in line with the perspective of higher education using a balanced scorecard and prioritizing the performance indicators of universities by TOPSIS fuzzy method. The statistical population of the study is the faculty members and educational authorities of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy. In order to collect data by interviewing and using the experiences and opinions of university administrators to determine the main factors of success, the indicators and goals of educational institutions that are in line are discussed. The results of the research show that the first rank of performance evaluation indicators in the higher education institutes with the focus of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy is; the "New Graduate Studies", the second "Increased Research Credit" and the third rank "Growth of Facilities and Educational Spaces."
