تحلیلی بر ضرورت شکل گیری گردشگری دریائی و اهمیت آموزش آن در استان مازندران، مطالعه موردی: بندر نوشهر

پژوهش حاضر در صدد است تا به بررسی ضرورت های شکل گیری گردشگری دریایی در شهر بندری نوشهر بپردازد.هدف از پژوهش نیز شناسایی تمام ظرفیت ها ، پتانسیل ها و آسیب های ناشی از گردشگری دریایی در نوشهر می باشد.روش تحقیق از نظر هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی می باشد. از نظر ماهیت و روش می توان آن را جز ء تحقیقات توصیفی – تحلیلی به حساب آورد.برای جمع آوری اطلاعات هم از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه ای برای آشنایی با دیدگاهها ، نظریات مرتبط و هم گردآوری ادبیات وپیشینه تحقیق استفاده گردید و هم برای آشنایی با محدوده مورد مطالعه روش پیمایشی از نوع مشاهده و پرسشگری انتخاب گردید. بعد از گردآوری داده ها و انتخاب داده های مربوط به مدل swot از تعدادی از نخبگان و مسئولان مربوط به گردشگری شهری در ارتباط با نقاط قوت، ضعف ، تهدید و فرصت ها پرسشگری به عمل آمد. در مدل swot پس از مشخص کردن عوامل درونی ،بیرونی و تعیین ارزش هر عامل، راهبردها و استراتژی های مرتبط با هر بخش تعیین گردید. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که استراتژیهای نوشهر به استراتژیهای رقابتی نزدیک می باشد و این نشان دهنده پتانسیل بسیار بالای نوشهر در شکل گیری و تقویت گردشگری دریائی در منطقه می باشدو می توان با برنامه ریزی بندر نوشهر را به یکی از قطب های گردشگری ایران تبدیل نمود.

An Analysis on the Necessity of Sea Tourism Formation and its Importance in Mazandaran Province, Case Study: Nowshahr Port

The present study seeks to study the necessity of the formation of marine tourism in Nowshahr port. The purpose of the research is to identify all capacities, potentials and damages caused by marine tourism in Nowshahr. The research method in terms of the purpose of the research is applied. In terms of its nature and method, it can be considered as a descriptiveanalytical research. In order to gather information, the documentary and library methods were used to get acquainted with the views, related theories, and the collection of literature and the research material. Also, for surveying the scope of the study, a survey method of observation and questioning was selected. After collecting data and selecting the data related to the SWOT model, a number of elites and authorities related to urban tourism were questioned about the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. In the SWOT model, after identifying the internal, external factors and determining the value of each factor, policies and strategies related to each sector were determined. The results of the research indicate that the strategies of Nowshahr are close to competitive strategies and this shows a very high potential of Noshahr in the formation and strengthening of marine tourism in the region, and Nowshahr Port can be converted to one of the centers of tourism in Iran.
