بررسی تاثیر عوامل تقویت کننده مدیریت دانش در راستای بهینه سازی عملکرد سازمان نداجا

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر فاکتورهای تقویت کننده مدیریت دانش  در راستای بهینه سازی فرایند تصمیم گیری در سازمان نداجا انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش فرماندهان ارشد نداجا به تعداد 280 نفر بوده که 120 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه عوامل تقویت کننده مدیریت دانش استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد فاکتورهای تقویت کننده ی مدیریت دانش شامل مهارت های tشکل ، مشارکت اعضای سازمانی ، فرایند خلق دانش و پشتیبانی فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمانی نداجا تاثیرگذار می باشد؛ که نیاز هست مسئولین نداجا به منظور بهینه سازی عملکرد مطلوب کارکنان برنامه ریزی لازم در راستای تقویت مهارت های t شکل کارکنان، مشارکت آنان و پشتیبانی از فناوری اطلاعات و همچنین حمایت از خلق دانش جدید را داشته باشند.

Investigating the Effect of Knowledge Management Strengthening Factors in Optimizing the Performance of IRI Navy Organization

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of knowledge management strengthening factors in optimizing the performance of IRI navy organization. Statistical population of the research was 280 IRI navy’s senior commanders and 120 of them were selected as sample. Knowledge management strengthening questionnaire was used to collect data. Findings indicated that knowledge management strengthening factors include Tshaped skills, organizational membership participation, knowledge creation process and IT support have significant effect on organizational performance, which requires authorities to have the necessary planning to strengthen the staff’s Tskills, their participation, and support for information technology as well as to support the creation of new knowledge in order to to optimize the desirable performance of the staff.
