تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر شاخص‌های فنی عمردهی انقلابی به تجهیزات در نداجا با تاکید بر نقش آموزش

با توجه به اینکه نیروی دریایی ارتش یک نیروی تجهیزات‌محور است و تجهیزات پیچیده و گران‌قیمتی دارد، لازم است عواملی را که می‌توانند منجر به عمردهی انقلابی به این تجهیزات شوند شناسایی و از آنها در تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی مرتبط استفاده کرد. در همین راستا هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر شاخص‌های فنی عمردهی انقلابی به تجهیزات در نداجاست. سه شاخص فنی برای عمردهی انقلابی به تجهیزات تعریف گردید که شامل کاربری صحیح و استفاده مناسب از تجهیزات؛ تعمیر و نگهداری صحیح و مناسب تجهیزات؛ و بهینه‌سازی، به‌روزرسانی و ارتقاء تجهیزات می‌باشد. مدیریت دانش نیز براساس مدل هیکس با چهار مولفه‌ خلق دانش، ذخیره دانش، اشتراک و تسهیم دانش، و استفاده و به‌کارگیری دانش در نظر گرفته شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش معاونان، فرماندهان، مدیران و افسران فنی ستاد نداجا و مناطق یکم، دوم، سوم و چهارم هستند که بر اساس روش نمونه‌برداری تصادفی طبقه‌ای 122 پرسشنامه توسط آنها تکمیل گردید. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای حاوی 32 پرسش طراحی که 17 پرسش آن مربوط به مدیریت دانش و 15 پرسش آن مربوط به شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های مختلف عمردهی انقلابی به تجهیزات بود. در این تحقیق که از جنبه هدف کاربردی و از جنبه ماهیت توصیفی پیمایشی است برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسش‌نامه‌ها از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش بر عمردهی انقلابی به تجهیزات در نیروی دریایی ارتش تاثیر مثبت دارد.

The Effect of Knowledge Management on the Technical Indicators of Revolutionary Longevity of Equipment in the I.R.I Navy Emphasizing the Role of Training

The Navy is an equipmentcentric force dealing with complex and expensive equipment; therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors that can lead to revolutionary longevity of this equipment and utilize them in planning associated training programs. Accordingly, this study aims to investigate the effect of knowledge management on the technical indicators of revolutionary longevity of equipment in the IRI Navy. Three indicators for revolutionary longevity of equipment are defined, namely: correct driving and proper usage of equipment, proper repair and maintenance of equipment, and optimization, updating and upgrading of equipment. Knowledge management was also considered based on the Hicks model consisting of four components: knowledge creation, knowledge storage, sharing of knowledge, and the application of knowledge. The statistical population of this research comprises deputies, commanders, managers and technical officers of the IRI Navy headquarters and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th naval districts. Using random stratified sampling method, 122 samples were chosen to fill questionnaires. For collecting the relevant data, a questionnaire containing 32 questions was designed, 17 of which related to knowledge management and the other 15 related to different indicators and components of revolutionary longevity of equipment. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires for this research paper – applied in purpose, descriptivesurvey in nature – structural equations modeling method and path analysis technique have been used using LISREL software. The results of this research demonstrated that the implementation of knowledge management has a positive effect on the revolutionary longevity of equipment in the IRI Navy.
