تاثیر شبکه های اجتماعی بر روند آموزشی دانشگاه های نظامی (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر)

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر شبکه های اجتماعی بر روند آموزشی مراکز آموزش نیروی دریایی راهبردی آجا پرداخته است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی پیمایشی و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها از نوع میدانی است. جامعه آماری را تمامی دانشجویان و اساتید دانشگاه نیروی دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر تشکیل داده است که در مجموع شامل 615 دانشجو و 80 استاد می باشد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن از طریق ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که طبق نتایج حاصل، تمامی ابعاد مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. لذا عامل شبکه های اجتماعی شامل پنج بعد اطلاع‌رسانی، تسهیل در ارتباطات، تداوم بحث های کلاسی، حمایت عاطفی و تشکیل گروه بوده که هر یک از ابعاد و بعد روند آموزشی از طریق پرسشنامه 22 سوالی سنجش شدند. تعداد 111 پرسشنامه بدون نقص مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای انجام تحلیل های لازم از تکنیک مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری نسل دوم، حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که در سطح اطمینان 95% شبکه های اجتماعی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر روند آموزشی دارند. همچنین از میان ابعاد پنج‌گانه شبکه های اجتماعی تداوم بحث های کلاسی بیشترین تاثیر و حمایت عاطفی کمترین تاثیر را بر روند آموزشی دارند. البته لازم به ذکر است که تاثیر تمامی ابعاد پنج‌گانه بر روند آموزشی مثبت و معناداربوده است.

To Investigate the Effect of Social Networks on Educational Process in military universities (Case Study: Students and Professors of university of Imam Khomeini Nowshahr City)

This research investigates the impact of social media on training trends in training centers of the strategic navy of the IRI. This research is applicable in terms of objective, descriptivesurvey in terms of nature, and field research in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research is all students and professors of Imam Khomeini University of navy force in Noushehr, which include 615 students and 80 professors. In order to collect data, the researchermade questionnaire is used. The questionnaire validity is examined using experts' opinions and its reliability is explored using Chronbach's alpha and composite reliability. With respect to the results, all dimensions are confirmed. The social media factor is consist of 5 dimensions of awareness, facilitation in communication, class discussion sustainability, emotional support, and group forming, which were evaluated using 22 questions proposed in the questionnaire. Random sampling is used for distributing 120 questionnaires. 111 questionnaires were collected. The second generation Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square approach is employed for data analysis. Findings show that in the significance level of 95% social media has the positive and significant impact on training trend. It was also determined that class discussion sustainability, and emotional support, have the highest and lowest effects on training trend, respectively. However, all social media dimensions have the significant and positive effect on training trend.
