الگوی شایستگی‏های مدرسی دانشگاه‏های افسری ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

رسالت اصلی دانشگاه‌های ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تربیت منابع انسانی متخصص و متعهد و ترویج و توسعه دانش جهت توسعه سازمانی آجا است. بی‌تردید، اساتید دانشگاهی با ویژگی‌های خاص خود از اهمیت فوق‌العاده‌ای در تحقق این رسالت برخوردار هستند. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی شایستگی‌های مدرسی دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا می‌‌پردازد. این مطالعه از نظر هدف، اکتشافی از نوع پیمایشی و از نظر نوع استفاده، کاربردی و از نظر افق زمانی، پژوهشی مقطعی می‌باشد. شاخص‌های شایستگی‌ها از طریق مطالعه مبانی نظری، پیشینه تجربی و انجام برخی مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی با خبرگان استخراج شدند و از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، الگوی شایستگی‌های مدرسی ارائه شد. داده‌های تحقیق در مرحله احصای شاخص‌ها از کتب و مقالات و تعداد 10 نفر از خبرگان موضوعی و در مرحله الگوسازی از تعداد 335 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا جمع‌آوری گردید و پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته پس از تایید پایایی و روایی بین آنان توزیع گردید. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد پنج عامل دانش‌پژوهی، عامل رفتاری، عامل فنی، عامل ارتباطی و عامل شخصی (به‌ترتیب اهمیت) در حدود 73 درصد از واریانس شایستگی‌های مدرسی اساتید دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا را تبیین کردند.

Teacher Competencies Pattern in Officer Universities of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The main mission of the army universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to provide specialized human resources and to promote and develop knowledge for organizational development. Undoubtedly, university professors with their specific characteristics are of great importance in fulfilling this mission. Accordingly, the present study examines the merits of the army universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This study is an exploratory type survey in terms of purpose, practical in terms of its type of use and crosssectional in terms of its time horizons. Characteristics of competencies were extracted through the study of theoretical foundations, empirical background and some exploratory interviews with experts. Through exploratory factor analysis, a model of competency was presented. The research data were collected from the books and articles and 10 subject matter experts and at the modeling stage from 335 undergraduate students of army universities. A researchermade questionnaire was distributed after confirmation of reliability and validity. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that five factors of student science, behavioral factor, technical factor, communication factor and personal factor (respectively importance) explained about 73% of the variance of the academic qualifications of faculty members of army universities.
