بررسی تطبیقی دلالت آیه فاسئلوا اهل الذکر بر مرجعیت علمی اهل بیت پیامبر علیهم السلام از منظر مفسران فریقین

آیات متعددی ازقرآن کریم برمرجعیت علمی اهل‌بیت (ع)دلالت می‌کند.برخی از آیات به طور روشن و با دلالت مطابقی و برخی دیگر با دلالت التزامی. از جمله آیاتی که به صراحت مرجعیت علمی اهل بیت علیهم السلام را بیان کرده آیات 43 سوره نحل است که در سوره انبیا آیه 7 با تفاوت اندکی تکرار شده است.خداوند متعال می فرماید: وَ مَا اَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِکَ اِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوحِى اِلَیهِمْ فَسَالُواْ اَهْلَ الذِّکْرِ اِن کُنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ؛ در این مقاله پس از بررسی مفاهیم کلیدی،دیدگاههای مختلف در باره مصداق اهل ذکرمورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.ابتدا دیدگاهی که بر اساس سیاق آیات ،اهل ذکر را اهل کتاب می داند مطرح شده و اشکالات آن بیان گردیده و سپس محذور دیدگاهی که آیه را از جهت سائل ،مسئول و مسئول عنه عام می داند روشن شده است. و در پایان دیدگاه کسانی که از فریقین با تکیه بر روایات،مصداق اهل ذکر را اهل بیت علیهم السلام می دانند تییین و روایاتی که در منابع فریقین در این باره آمده مورد توجه قرار داده است.

Comparative Study of the Verse "So Ask the Followers of the People of Knowledge" (16:43) Indicative of Scientific Authority of Holy Prophet's Household from the View of Shi'a and Sunni Commentators

There are several verses in the Holy Quran indicative of scientific authority of Holy Prophet's Household, some of which are stated clearly and through exact indication and others through indication per nexum. One of these verses is the verse 43 of the chapter "Ant" (alNaml), which clearly refers to the scientific authority of Holy Prophet's household and is much similarly repeated in the verse 7 of the chapter "Prophets" (alAnbia'). In this verse, The Most High God States, "And we did not send before you any but men to whom we send revelation; so ask the followers of the people of knowledge if you do not know". Having reviewed the key concepts, the present paper seeks to study different views about the referent of people of knowledge. First, a standpoint which, on the basis of the context of the verse, regards the people of knowledge as the people of book is discussed and its problems are explained. Then the limitations of another standpoint are clarified, which regards the verse as a general one in terms of asker, the asked and the object of question. Finally, the view of some Shi'a and Sunni scholars who, relying on hadiths, regard the Holy Prophet's Household as the referent of the verse are explained and the relevant hadiths narrated in Shi'a and Sunni sources are taken into consideration.
