بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و تعالی سازمانی

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و تعالی سازمانی انجام گرفته است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، پیمایشی تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، موسسات آموزش عالی شهر مشهد است. نمونه گیری به روش طبقه‌ای تصادفی انجام گرفته است. از مجموع پرسشنامه‌های توزیع‌شده، در نهایت، 154 پرسشنامه قابل استفاده تشخیص داده شد و در تحلیل آماری به‌کار گرفته شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده در این پژوهش با به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزارهای spss16 و lisrel8.5 تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش برای محاسبه ماتریس واریانس کوواریانس، تحلیل مسیر و آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش، نرم افزار lisrel8.5 به‌کار گرفته شد. با توجه به نتایج مقادیر تی بزرگتر از 96/1 به دست آمد. بنابراین، همه فرضیه‌های پژوهش تایید شد. در نتیجه، بین سرمایه اجتماعی و تعالی سازمانی ارتباط مستقیم، مثبت و معنادار برقرار است و با توجه به شاخص‎های برازش، مدل برازش قابل قبولی دارد.

Investigate and Explanation Relationship between Social Capital and Organizational Excellence

The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between social capital and organizational excellence. Initially, about excellence, history and the concept of social capital and its components are described. Then, the organizational approach to social capital was examined and the impact of social capital on organizational performance was evaluated. On the basis of the conceptual model, the questionnaire for the measurements of the variables was composed. The statistic society of this research is higher education institutes in Mashhad. 154 questionnaires were gathered. SPSS16 and LISREL8.5software were used for statistical analysis of data. The conceptual research model was approved by factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation. We can conclude that the relationship between social capital and organizational excellence is direct, positive and significant. And according to the values of the fit, model had an acceptable fit.
