بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و رضایت شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی (مورد مطالعه: استان همدان)

در زمینه آثار و تبعات سرمایه اجتماعی در سال‌های مطالعات بسیاری انجام گرفته است، ولی درباره رابطه آن با رضایت شغلی پژوهش‌های اندکی انجام گرفته است. هدف اساسی این تحقیق بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و رضایت شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان همدان است. این تحقیقف از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی همبستگی است و با ابزار پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 850 نفر معلمان تربیت بدنی استان همدان بودند. بر اساس جدول مورگان، تعداد 265 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند.. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به‌کار گرفته شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد بین سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی و رضایت شغلی آن‌ها رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد که این رابطه مثبت و مستقیم است، به عبارت واضح تر، با افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان، رضایت شغلی آنان افزایش می‌یابد.

Relationship between Social Capital and Job Satisfaction of Teachers of Physical Education (Case of the Hamedan Province)

Goal: Consequences of social capital in recent years has been much attention, however, little research has been about its relationship to job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education of Hamedan province. Method: This research uses descriptive correlational questionnaire was conducted. Physical education teachers in the province were population of 850 people. According to Morgan, 265 of who were the subjects. Stratified random sampling was done. To test the hypothesis of Friedman's test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. Results: Findings showed that there is significant relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education, that it relationship is direct and positive, the Sharper, with increasing social capital teachers, job satisfaction increased.
