رابطه‌ سرمایه‌ اجتماعی و رضایت جنسی در زوجین شهر تهران

رضایت جنسی به عنوان یکی از ارکان اساسی در روابط زناشویی نقش بسزایی در پایداری و کیفیت زندگی زوجین ایفا می‌کند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه‌ بین سرمایه‌ اجتماعی و رضایت جنسی زوجین تهرانی در سال 1403 انجام شده است. سرمایه‌ اجتماعی به عنوان مفهومی چندبعدی، شامل ابعاد درون‌گروهی و برون‌گروهی و فراگروهی، در این مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش شامل 172 زوج بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد بین ابعاد مختلف سرمایه‌ اجتماعی و رضایت جنسی زوجین رابطه‌ معناداری وجود دارد. به طور خاص، سرمایه‌ اجتماعی درون‌گروهی به عنوان قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ رضایت جنسی شناسایی شده است. همچنین، سرمایه‌ اجتماعی برون‌گروهی و فراگروهی نیز به طور معناداری با رضایت جنسی مرتبط بوده‌اند. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد تقویت سرمایه‌ اجتماعی، به‌ویژه در روابط درون‌گروهی، می‌تواند به عنوان راهکاری موثر برای بهبود رضایت جنسی زوجین در نظر گرفته شود. این نتایج بر اهمیت نقش عوامل اجتماعی و ارتباطی در زندگی زناشویی و لزوم توجه به این عوامل در طراحی برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای تاکید می‌ورزد.

the relationship between social capital and sexual satisfaction among couples in tehran

sexual satisfaction, as one of the fundamental pillars in marital relationships, plays a significant role in the stability and quality of life of couples. this research aims to investigate the relationship between social capital and sexual satisfaction among the couples based in tehran in 2024. social capital, as a multidimensional concept, including intra-group, extra-group, and supra-group dimensions, has been examined in this study. the statistical population of the research consists of 172 couples selected using the convenience sampling method. data analysis reveals that there is a significant relationship between various dimensions of social capital and couples’ sexual satisfaction. specifically, intra-group social capital has been identified as the strongest predictor of sexual satisfaction. moreover, extra-group and supra-group social capital have also been significantly associated with sexual satisfaction. the findings of this research suggest that strengthening social capital, particularly in intra-group relationships, can be considered an effective strategy for improving couples’ sexual satisfaction. these results emphasize the importance of the role of social and communicative factors in marital life and the necessity of considering these factors in designing intervention programs.
