بررسی تاثیر مولفه‏های سرمایه‌ اجتماعی بر ارتقای امنیت ملی پس از انقلاب اسلامی

امروزه، یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی دولت‏ها تامین امنیت ملی و رسیدن به توسعه‌ پایدار با تاکید بر حفظ سرمایه‌ اجتماعی است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مولفه‏های سرمایه‌ اجتماعی بر ارتقای امنیت ملی پس از انقلاب اسلامی انجام شد. روش تحقیق حاضر کمّی از نوع همبستگی و بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه‌ آماری شامل همه‌ مدیران میانی و ارشد استان گلستان به تعداد 187 نفر بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و حجم نمونه 126 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ تاثیر سرمایه‌ اجتماعی با 75 گویه و پرسشنامه‌ امنیت ملی با 65 گویه بود. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss24 استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در بعدِ امنیت منابعِ سرمایه‌ اجتماعی اشتراکات زیادی با مولفه‌های امنیت ملی کشور دارد که زمینه را برای گام‌های بعدی در مسیر پیشرفت و توسعه امکان‌پذیر می‌سازد‌. بنابراین می‌توان چنین استنباط کرد که داشتن سرمایه‌ اجتماعی مناسب موجبات امنیت در همه‌ ابعاد و نهایتاً توسعه و پیشرفت را در سطح جامعه فراهم خواهد کرد و برعکس فقدان سرمایه‌ اجتماعی فقدان سایر سرمایه‌ها، اعم از اقتصادی و سیاسی و فرهنگی و ...، را در پی خواهد داشت و این موضوع مانعی در مسیر توسعه و پیشرفت خواهد بود.

investigating the impact of social capital components on the promotion of national security after the islamic revolution

today, one of the main concerns of governments is to ensure national security and achieve sustainable development with an emphasis on maintaining social capital. therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of social capital components on the promotion of national security after the islamic revolution. the current research method is a bit of correlational type and based on the purpose of applied type. the statistical population included all middle and senior managers of golestan province, numbering 187 people. to determine the sample size, cochran’s formula was used and the sample size was 126 people. the data collection tool was a social capital impact questionnaire with 75 items and a national security questionnaire with 65 items. for data analysis, pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used using spss24 software. the research findings indicate that in terms of security, social capital resources have a lot in common with the country’s national security components, which makes possible the next steps in the path of progress and development. therefore, it can be concluded that having suitable social capital will provide security in all dimensions and ultimately development and progress at the level of the society, on the contrary, the lack of social capital, the lack of other capitals, including economic, political, cultural, etc. will follow and this issue will be an obstacle in the path of development and progress.
