طراحی مدل توسعه فرهنگ وقف در مراکز آموزش عالی با هدف توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی

هدف این مطالعه طراحی مدل توسعه‌ فرهنگ وقف در مراکز آموزش عالی با هدف توسعه‌ سرمایه‌ اجتماعی به روش آمیخته‌ اکتشافی بود. روش این تحقیق در بخش کیفی تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمّی پیمایشی و ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمّی پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ساخته بود. جهت اعتباریابی تحقیق از سه روش قابلیت اعتبارپذیری، قابلیت انتقال‌پذیری، و قابلیت تاییدپذیری بهره گرفته شد. همچنین، برای افزایش اعتماد، در جریان کدگذاری‌ها از دو کدگذار استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی نیز برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از روش اعتبار محتوا و جهت سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که میزان 79/0 به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل و بررسی داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش‌های کدگذاری توصیفی، کدگذاری تفسیری، و تعیین مضمون فراگیر و در بخش کمّی نیز از تکنیک‏های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی هم‌چون فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار، و مدل‏یابی معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد مولفه‌های مدل توسعه‌ فرهنگ وقف در مراکز آموزش عالی عبارت‌اند از: ویژگی‌های واقفین، مدیریت و ساختار سازمانی، عدالت آموزشی، و فرهنگ‌سازی. همچنین نتایجْ برازش مدل را از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران مورد تایید قرار داد.

designing the development model of the culture of endowment in higher education centers in line with the development of social capital

the purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of endowment culture in higher education centers with a mixed exploratory method. the method of this research was qualitative analysis in the qualitative part and a survey in the quantitative part. data collection tools in the qualitative section were books, articles, and interviews, and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire. to validate the research, three methods of validity, transferability, and verifiability were used. also, two encoders were used during coding to increase trust. in the quantitative part, the content validity method was used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, and cronbach’s alpha test was used to assess the reliability of the questionnaire, which was estimated to be 0.79. to analyze and analyze the data in the qualitative part, from descriptive coding methods, interpretive coding, and comprehensive content determination, and in the quantitative part from descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and structural equation modeling was exploited. the results showed that the components of the endowment culture development model in higher education centers are the characteristics of endowments, management and organizational structure, educational justice, and culture building, as well as the results, confirmed the model fit from the perspective of experts.
