بررسی نقش تعاونی‌ ها در بازتولید سرمایه اجتماعی و ارتباط آن با بهره ‏وری

هدف مطالعه‌ حاضر بررسی نقش تعاونی‌ها در بازتولید سرمایه‌ اجتماعی و تاثیر آن بر بهره‏وری اعضای تعاونی در جامعه است. برای این منظور وضعیت سرمایه‌ اجتماعی قبل و بعد از عضویت در تعاونی و همچنین بهره‌وری 340 نفر از اعضای 85 شرکت تعاونی فعال شهرستان بجنورد با روش پیمایشی بررسی شد. در این مطالعه جهت سنجش سرمایه‌ اجتماعی از چارچوب سنجشی اسپلبرگ با 9 بعد و برای سنجش بهره‌وری اعضای تعاونی‌ها از چارچوب سنجشی هرسی و گلداسمیت با 7 بعد استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد بعد از عضویت در تعاونی همه‌ ابعاد سرمایه‌ اجتماعی افزایش یافته، به گونه‌ای که سرمایه‌ اجتماعی کل پاسخگویان 18/3 درصد رشد داشته است. همچنین 90/6 درصد پاسخگویان بعد از عضویت با افزایش سرمایه‌ اجتماعی روبه‌رو بوده‌اند. علاوه بر این یافته‏ها، نتایج نشان داد هر قدر عضو در سمت‌های مدیریتی فعال‌تر حضور داشته باشد سرمایه‌ اجتماعی بالاتری دارد. در خصوص ارتباط بین سرمایه‌ اجتماعی با میزان بهره‏وری، نتایج تحقیق حاکی از این است که هر چه سرمایه‌ اجتماعی اعضا بالاتر باشد میزان بهره‏وری آنان نیز بیشتر است. به عبارتی، متغیر اقتصادی بهره‏وری متاثر از شرایط اجتماعی از جمله سرمایه‌ اجتماعی اعضاست.

investigating the role of cooperatives in the reproduction of social capital and its relationship with the productivity

the objective of this study is to examine the role of cooperatives in fostering social capital and its impact on the productivity of cooperative members in society. a survey method was utilized to investigate the pre- and post-membership social capital status, as well as the productivity of 340 members belonging to 85 active cooperative companies in bojnord city. spielberg’s 9-dimensional measurement framework was employed to assess social capital, while hersey and goldsmith’s 7-dimensional measurement framework was used to evaluate the human resource productivity of cooperative members. the research findings demonstrate that all dimensions of social capital increased after joining the cooperative, with an overall increase of 18.3% in social capital reported by all respondents. additionally, 90.6% of the participants experienced an increase in social capital after becoming members. furthermore, the results reveal that individuals holding managerial positions within the cooperative exhibit higher levels of social capital. regarding the relationship between social capital and productivity, the findings indicate that members with higher social capital demonstrate higher productivity levels. in other words, social conditions, including the social capital of members, influence the economic variable of productivity.
