مدل‏سازی ‏تفسیری‌ ساختاری مولفه‏های مسئولیت ‏اجتماعی ‏دانشگاه با هدف ارتقای سرمایۀ اجتماعی (نمونۀ‌ مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه شهید بهشتی)

مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه موضوع مورد توجه سال‏های اخیر شده است. با توجه به اینکه ایفای مسئولیت اجتماعی باعث ارتقای سرمایۀ اجتماعی است. این پژوهش با هدف مدل‏سازی ساختاری‌ تفسیری و تحلیل قدرت نفوذ بین‏ مولفه‏های مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه انجام شد. معیارهای کشف‌شده تعیین سطح شد و سپس تحلیلی از میزان وابستگی متغیّرها ارائه شد‏. این پژوهش در زمرۀ پژوهش‌های آمیخته و از نوع کیفی و کمّی است. در مرحلۀ اول برای ‏کشف مولفه‏های مسئولیت اجتماعی در‏ دانشگاه‏های ‏دولتی از روش تحلیل‏ مضمون استفاده شد و از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان این حوزه اطلاعات اولیه کسب و مولفه‏های مسئولیت ‏اجتماعی به دست آمد. در مرحلۀ بعد، به منظور بررسی رابطۀ این مولفه‏ها با یک‌دیگر و سطح‌بندی آن‏ها ‏از روش مدل‏سازی ‏ساختاری‌ تفسیری استفاده شد. جامعۀ ‏آماری اعضای ­هیئت‏علمی ‏دانشگاه شهید ‏بهشتی تهران بود. نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش هدفمند بود. طبق یافته‏های پژوهش 13 مولفه در ارتباط با مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه شناسایی و در 4 سطح دسته‏بندی شد. نتایج حاکی از این است که مولفه‏های‏ شفافیت‏، سیاست‏گذاری علمی‏، نظام حکمرانی‏، مدیریت دانشگاه، و فرهنگ‏سازی ‏اثرگذارترین مولفه‏ها هستند.

the interpretive-structural modeling of university social responsibility component‌s to promote social capital: the case study of shahid beheshti university

university social responsibility has been the subject of interest in recent years. as fulfilling social responsibility promotes social capital, this study set out to extract the structural-interpretive modeling and analyze the influence levels of various ­component­s of university social responsibilities in this regard. in addition, it determined the level of the extracted criteria and provided an analysis of the degree of dependence of system variables. this research was a mixed methods study that had qualitative and quantitative phases. in the first step, thematic analysis was used to obtain the ­component­s of university social responsibilities, and basic information and social responsibility components were obtained from interviews with experts in this field. in the next step, in order to investigate the relationship among these concepts and their leveling, the structural-interpretive modeling method was used. the statistical population was comprised of the faculty members of shahid beheshti university in tehran, out of which the sample was obtained using purposive sampling. according to research findings, 13 components were identified in relation to university social responsibility, which were then categorized into 4 levels. the results showed that transparency, scientific policy making, governance system, university management, and enculturation were the most effective components.
