نقش هوش هیجانی و سرمایه اجتماعی بر رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر هوش هیجانی و سرمایه اجتماعی بر رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. جهت سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و جهت ارزیابی پایایی آن از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق دانشجویان کارشناسی‌ارشد ورودی سال 1397 1398 دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی، به تعداد 2674 نفر، بودند که نمونه‏ای متشکل از 336 نفر به روش تصادفی در دسترس جهت پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه‏ها انتخاب شدند. جهت آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. یافته‏های پژوهش حاکی از تایید تاثیر هوش هیجانی و سرمایه اجتماعی بر رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. همچنین نتایج نقش میانجی‏گری سرمایه اجتماعی را تایید کرد.

The Role of Emotional Intelligence and Social Capital in Students’ Academic Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and social capital on students’ academic satisfaction at University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of implementation method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach’s alpha was used to evaluate its reliability. The statistical population of the present study was comprised of 2674 graduate students of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili (20182019). A sample of 336 students was selected through convenience sampling to answer the questionnaire. To test the research hypotheses, the structural equation modelling was applied using LISREL 8.58 software. Findings indicate the effect of emotional intelligence and social capital on students’ academic satisfaction. The results also confirmed the mediating role of social capital.
